I had a really good experience with this company - the sales person was nice to work with, they came when they said they would, got the job done quickly, price was right. My only complaint is that when they did the install, they patched the nail holes and they weren't really sanded down and they aren't quite the same color so they are pretty visible.

They are very professional and service oriented.

Peter is great at getting back to me whenever I send him a message (even when on vacation). Every person sent to my home was knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and honest.

Rick my salesperson was friendly, not pushy and very responsive. The owner of the company even took his time to follow up with me. I had replacement windows done in my previous home and installation was no where near as smooth as it went with NOVA Exteriors.

Honest and professional service

Sam from NOVA has been a joy to work with. He is knowledgeable about the products and gives us sound advice. So far NOVA has done our roof and majority of windows in our home. Their next project is our patio windows and all the doors in our house. We hope that goes as smoothly as the first two projects!

I replaced my front exterior door and storm door. Everyone with whom I dealt with was very professional. Charles Parker really understands the different products and the lock system, when he came to give me an estimate. From measuring, scheduling, and installation, I was very pleased. I got a call the day before when I was told which installer would come to my home. Paul and Josh arrived within the time they were expected. They completed the work and my new doors are beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

efficient, effective & friendly

I hired Nova Exteriors to replace 13 windows and feel like they did quality work. I also felt like I got a great product for the money we spent.

Good experience from start to finish. They did exactly as they said they would, when they said they would do it! However don't think the middle priced windows will help at all with road noise. They do NOT despite what was said. My old wooden windows were quieter. So if you are getting new windows for that reason you either have to spend much more than I did, or lower your expectations. However, the new windows look better and are easier to clean and not painted shut (maybe that helped with the road noise?) Workers were polite and respectful -- hard working and skillful, too.

LOVE our new triple- panel sliding patio door. Their price was very competitive, sales rep was really great and NOT pushy. High quality beautiful product, with great customer service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job in the whole project overall. The initial scheduling was flexible and the salesman did not pressure us to purchase. They accepted multiple forms of payment options. For the installation, they arrived when they said they would. I was at work, but had my mother say she was impressed with their attention to detail, they were polite, and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I was also always able to get a hold of someone on their phone, primarily Eric, whenever I had questions. Would use them for future projects.

Nova Exteriors worked with us along with our insurance company to ensure that we were able to complete the replacement of our siding with an adequate amount of funding. This actually took several visits to our home to meet with the adjustors. Both times they were on time and helped us secure the needed funding. Their crew that installed our siding were very professional and did an outstanding job. We are extremely pleased with the customer service we received from NOVA Exteriors, and with the final outcome of the installation. I would highly recommend Nova Exteriors, Inc. and will indeed work with them on future projects.

What i liked best about NOVA Exteriors was the fact that they didn't play with price first price was the BEST PRICE. Another company that uses ALOT of radio and TV ads for buy 2 get 2 free windows was invited to our home. They did a lot of talking but with NOVA Exteriors price in hand i had a ballpark i wanted to stay in (didn't tell them) ....they came in over 2x as much. Then the negotiating or FAKE PHONE CALLS to managers started. Our rep called and after only about 10 min was able to reduce their price in half. kinda sketchy......NOW if they could have done that earlier they would have been hired but their deception and pricing sliding scale depending on the customers push back PISSED me off....why would they immediately reduce it in half???? Because they were OVERPRICED to begin with. NOVA EXTERIORS is awesome and our 4 windows were installed in less than 2 1/2 hours with zero complaints. Installation team was moving and grooving. These 2 guys were GREAT. They let me inspect certain parts, watch caulking and screw installation and ask questions as they did install. I am so far a HUGE advocate of NOVA Exteriors. We love our new VERDE windows. Funny thing is the sales guy from the company we didn't like (WN) even complimented the VERDE windows before he presented us with a price 2x as much for theirs....WN is a scam and 2 free windows ain't free at all....LOL

It went well. The installers did a good job!

NOVA Exteriors failed completely on schedule. They finally finished this $5,000 8-hour project after 50 days. I would not recommend. There are other professional contractors able to order materials and provide crews to complete projects on time, with lower cost and more importantly piece of mind.

Quick work that appears to be done well. Did not tell me a portion needed to be replaced and charged me before informing of work

Right after the roof was done, some shingles blew off in the one of the Noreasters that we had this year. I send a pic to the owner and he had someone on my roof the next day. Awesome service.
