About us

Small roof inspection business ran by 1 owner, currently wearing all the hats. My idea is to provide homeowners, business owners, buyers and sellers with an independent and honest assessment of their roof especially when it comes to storm damage. I refer my customers to a local network of roofers and contractors that I trust and perform a final inspection of the work done. I've worked in the roofing industry on the contractor and insurance side and I felt that the owners need an experienced/honest and independent opinion for their roof issues. My general inspections are $125, Real estate closing inspections are $175, temporary repairs range from $150-700, emergency services range from $150-450, and the storm damage inspections are free(Hail&Wind). My billing is through credit card processing, cash or check. Currently I'm offering a 60% discount to seniors. I set my prices to be competitive. My main objective is to bring integrity to the roofing industry.

Services we offer

I provide general exterior inspections. Storm damage inspections, in order to asses the scope of the damage and determine whether its worth filing an insurance claim. Real estate closing inspections, temporary repairs and emergency services such as tarping, boarding up, and snow removal. Through my network of contractors I'm able to refer my customers to reliable companies that can perform any type of roofing and siding work necessary. I also perform a final inspection on all work completed.

Tom did an excellent job. He was professional, responsive, prompt, and easy to work with. He spent an hour on the roof, even spraying water on it to check for leaks, and a 1/2 hour in the attic. He took lots of photos and explained everything to us after he was done. He found 4 areas where additional sealing or nailing was needed, even after the roofer had been back to take care of some issues. That evening we were sent a very detailed report, complete with general photos of the roof and photos of the problem areas, plus a diagram of where the issues were located. The service was very reasonably priced and well worth the cost for our peace of mind. We will be recommending Nova Consulting Services to our family and friends.
Description of Work: We had just gotten a new roof installed and and wanted to make sure that it was done well. We wanted an independent inspection done to verify correct installation.

I needed to replace my roof and was referred to Thomas. He inspected my roof, gave me an evaluation and provided estimates from 3 different roofers, dealt with the roofer and did a final inspection to check on the work. He made the whole process very easy for me!
