Paul was amazing. I called him at 7am on a Friday and he agreed to meet me at 9am that same day. My client loved his attention to detail and his ability to explain things in an extremely understandable way... especially for a first time homebuyer. Can't wait to use him again.

As I am a first time home buyer, I have almost zero knowledge about home repairs or what I should be looking for during inspection. Paul is knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection. Further more, his website is user friendly and provides recommendations with links and additional resources. I am also able to make lists of what I need repairs for and email it to the seller. He is also ASHI certified. Overall, I highly recommend him.

Paul was friendly and extremely helpful. During the entire inspection process Paul explained everything he saw in great detail and in terms that were easy to understand. After the inspection was completed we received a copy of the report which included photo's and notes of everything he saw during the inspection. Additionally, along with the notes were links to products and instructions to fix any problems he identified. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic. Paul was super easy to contact, responsive, came early to inspect our home, thorough, professional (he had a pair of shoes he changed into when he came into the house!) and answered any and all questions we had. He was super helpful in giving us advice and his report was equally excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Paul Cummins was great. He came early and started evaluating outdoors. He was thorough throughout the home and offered both a professional and personal perspective on each aspect of the home, that I really appreciated. His deep knowledge and love for science was a huge asset — as he is able to provide very detailed mechanistic explanations that allow you to make good predictions about a home’s needs. Would highly, highly recommend him.

Excellent job. You will not be disappointed. Paul is friendly, professional, and very thorough. His background is former science teacher, so his process is to "teach" the prospective home buyer about the home during the inspection. He finds both issues (problems) and positives, and carefully explains each. I'd give him extra "stars" in this rating if I could!

Excellent. Paul was thorough and professional. He did a thorough examination of a condo unit that I eventually purchased. He looked at things I never considered, like exterior drainage, and pointed out things that clearly show his vast knowledge. I was comfortable buying after Paul gave his stamp of approval; I'm sure you will feel the same.

Paul was excellent and very professional. He gave our 50 year old house a "check-up" that left us assured there were no major issues in need of immediate attention. He also had some great suggestions for improvements to our existing plumbing and dryer venting and followed up with links to recommended products. Overall a great experience.
