We are a family-business serving buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. We specialize in high-end rental management but we service everything from little studios to impressive luxury homes. We also help our clients buy and sell real estate in Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax County. If you are in a difficult financial situation we do not think property management something you should purchase. Instead, our CPDE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) can suggest your best exit strategy.

Description of Work: I initially contacted Nesbitt Realty to take over managing my rental property. I moved across country and wee ifer to rent out my house in Alexandria. The property manager I originally hired was terrible and the Nesbitts took over a horrific situation. They easily could have refused my business but, instead, they stepped right in and started fixing the mess. Long story short, I ended up having to evict the tenants, repair several thousands of dollars of damage, and chose to sell the house. To be clear, these tenants were already in residence when I hired Nesbitt Realty. The Nesbitts were there every step of the way. Will called and emailed with every update and did an amazing job getting the house fixed up, listed, and sold. I really can't say enough about how amazing the Nesbitts have been throughout this ordeal. I only wish I would have hired them first. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a property manager or real estate agent.
