Description of Work: The salesman made promises they couldn't keep. Consequently, the foreman and salesman argued over the job, each trying to preserve their cut of the money from the job. The schedule dragged on for months. Communication was almost non-existent. The owner came by in the end to cut a deal, and didn't make good on the minor remaining changes we agreed to.

Description of Work: Needed new roof (shingles) on house. Estimator was on time and thorough. Estimate was mid-range, but we felt they were very qualified to do work. No problems of anything major. Good job of cleaning up job site after work done.

Description of Work: We have not completed the job - but I wanted to give a review for what we have dealt with so far (given the obnoxious review before us). We have been very pleased with the responsiveness of the sales person. He has come back twice. We have failed to call them back (due to some phone issues) but their phone services have been very respectable. We have signed the agreement due to many of the responses listed here - thank you for giving us the picture of their quality. That's what we are looking for - their estimate was in line with others we have gotten - with a better warranty and shorter completion time. Will let you know how it is completed.

Description of Work: I had an estimate from this company like five years ago. We decided to go with someone else and told transnational that. However every few months over several years they call me and try to sell me siding and roofing. I continue to tell them I've already replaced my siding and roofing, and continue to ask them to remove me from their calling list. After waking my newborn with his call, the last caller actually told me no, he would continue to call me. Even if this company had the best prices, or the best product, I would still refuse to use them because they refuse to respect my request to stop the calls.
