Installers arrived on time and worked quickly and as unobtrusively as possible for 7 hours straight! They provided extra work/covering of the wood around the bay window, even though this was not discussed in the bid as the installers wanted the front window to look GOOD. We are very pleased. The one little thing I am a bit disappointed about is the lack of a finger hold at the bottom of the screens to raise them up. Otherwise we really like the Simonton windows. Financing with good terms was available. Vacuumed debris that fell inside, cleaned up well outside. Offered to help put heavy furniture back in place!

They were timely, did a good job, cleaned up well and were very professional. They were also very accommodating.

One of the owners met us at the house for a quote. He was able to explain the products and made suggestions. We settled on the work and signed a contract after about 3 hours. It took about a week before I called the company to check on the status of the order. A gentleman came out to measure the doors and we made the decisions about hardware and color. A few weeks passed by and we had to reschedule installation of the doors once. On the actual installation day, only one door had been delivered. The workers then realized that they couldn't install it because it wasn't even our door! Our two doors had been delivered to the wrong address and we had someone else's door. The workers sat around for quite sometime before the situation was worked out. During the installation, the men worked quickly on the doors, while another crew worked on the gutters. Things went smoothly on the day of install. They cleaned up well and the work was done very nicely! It has been about a month and everything still looks great. This company does their best to work with their clients and keep them happy. If I complained about something, they worked hard to right the wrong. We would use and recommend this company! NOTE: We have used other companies and have not been able to rate them so highly. When we say that this company does good work, we mean it. Update: After our HOA inspection, we realized that black vertical marks were left on the fascia board. We called the company and asked for the board to be cleaned. At first, they quoted us a price to clean the board. After re-explaining our issue, they sent out the gutter company to take a look. Three men (of which two of them actually hung the new gutters) showed up. They argued with both my husband and I for at least 15 minutes about the black marks. They tried to say that they didn't make the marks, they didn't put their ladders on our fascia board and then said it was bird poop. They made a quick attempt to clean off the board, but then preceded to argue with us again. Thank goodness that my husband took photos while they were doing the work and we had the evidence needed to prove our case. The head worker even called his boss and continued to argue about the marks. They said someone would be out to look at the marks on Monday. We further sent an e-mail to the owner of Transnational with a photo attached and the problem was quickly fixed. I am quite surprised at this issue, especially since they had done such wonderful work previously.

They gave us the best price, punctual and did a good job cleaning up. Also, they did what they said they were going to do. They were the lowest of the 3 bids and gave us a 30 year guarantee.

Call lasted two minutes. Reporting it to the FTC too four.

They actually have a show room so you see the actual product before buying. I will not use them again because I feel they are a little pricey.

They did a nice job. There is one more piece of work left to be done but I have every confidence that they'll do it well. They were very pleasant and very professional. They were very prompt in coming around. They were really very good.

It went extremely well. They were very responsible, responsive, and pleasant. I would recommend them.

Decided not to use them.

The salesman came out twice to talk to us about the product and everything. He got everything set up and they did what they said they were going to do, but they haven't followed up with us yet. We had some trouble with their responsiveness. We may use them in the future.

I'd rather not tell a story here, but everything went exactly as promised and to my full satisfaction. This is a great local company to do business with.

They did a great job. They were very efficient and they did every task on time as they said they would. We were very pleased. They said they would be able to do the roof in one day and they did, so I was impressed with that.

They were phenomenal. The siding that that used was Allside with an insulated back, which has lead to my gas bill being cut by over half. They did very good work and were very professional and went above and beyond.

It was their second pass at me, the salesman was a little high pressure I felt like. The prices I thought were a little high. I had not had a chance to do comparison shopping so at that point I told them I wasn't interested. They were really trying to just close the sale, they could do a better job at making the value statement to me as the owner. They tried to tell me I would have a 30 percent energy savings but they are charging me 7000 dollars a window which is a long pay back for the windows.

It went very well. They were very thorough in their preparation. They actually had windows with them when they came out so they could show us how they would look in our settings. We were also impressed with the quickness of the installation. It took just over half a day to do the entire house. It was cool weather by then and they didn't tear all the windows out at the same time. They went from room to room to do the work so the house wasn't wide open. The people that were doing the work had done it before. They were experienced and knew what they were doing. It was just 1, 2, 3 and they walked right through it. They were very responsive and did it in less than a week.

I did not like the way the conversation went around getting an estimate. They cold called me. I actually expressed interest initially, but the conversation seemed to be headed in an "upsell" direction and it felt fishy. I canceled the appt.

It went very well with a very rapid response, from have someone come out and give us an estimate to ordering all of the materials and getting it all completed. The work crew were very pleasant and completed the work in a timely and neat manner. The office staff were always very friendly and if we had questions we were always able to get in touch with whom we needed.

It was good. Their service was very good. They were efficient and I was happy with them. The price was fine and I was okay with their price. They worked with a custom window provider. Their crew, professionalism and clean up was good. Their installers were what sold me on them. The only complaint was that their sales people kept calling me nonstop and it was very obnoxious because I already had my windows replaced. They kept calling me to ask if I wanted to have my windows replaced. Their sales sucked and that was terrible. They were ridiculous. They were calling me two or three times a week. I have a little girl and they would call me when she was napping. I had just done my windows and they kept calling. However, the windows and their installers were good. I would potentially use them again in the future but I could not be sure.

Transnational uses the services of a telemarketer, who called us one evening during dinner. We agreed to have an estimate for roofing and gutters. The estimator came on a Saturday morning as we requested, which can be hard to arrange. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. The estimate came in the middle price range out of three. The firm seems to do a lot of business in the area. Although I would probably have been happy with the product, we decided not to select them just because they had chosen to use a telemarketing firm to make the original contact. The estimator told me that the great majority of their business comes from these telemarketing calls.

Was on time a professional for estimate, schedular worked with us and got us in earlier than expected, they called when they were gouing to arrive, very nice worken, cleaned up and followed up with calls to make sure we were satisified.

After receiving several telephone solicitations from Transnational Construction I finally agreed to let them give me an estimate to replace my roof and gutters. I asked them to send someone during the day to inspect the roof and then come back to talk with me (after I get home from work) in the evening. Instead the rep arrived after dark and walked around the house with a flashlight for about 10 minutes. He did not do the kind of professional inspection that other companies had done and clearly didn't know much about roofing. He ended up giving me an estimate of more than $33,000 for a job that was priced by other reputable firms at less than $20,000. Quite frankly, I thought the company had sent an inexperienced "salesman" who grossly overpriced the job -- and wondered afterwards whether he was trying to rip me off and how many poor homeowners out there might not have known how overpriced the bid was. I would never consider using them for any kind of work around my house.

Transnational was very good. I liked their service.

Fair warning on months of repeated phone calls from Transnational. I contacted and received an estimate for replacement windows from Transnational in October 2009. I went with one of the many better estimates for double-hung windows I received. Then the phone calls started. A follow-up call or two seemed reasonable, and on multiple occassions I explained that I chose another company. Repeatedly. But the calls would not stop and continued at least once a week for the next 3-4 months. Finally, it seemed to be over. But they started up again 5-6 weeks ago and just do not quit. I've again explained that the work was completed and asked that they not contact me. However, I just now received yet another phone call. Thought fellow AL members might want to know.

Their workmen were efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They took the old windows away for disposal. They called to see if I was satisfied after the work was completed. In July, they gave me an estimate on a new type of attic insulation which I will have installed in the near future. This company was a pleasure to work with especially since I know how painful some other companies can be.
