Very well. Joseph explained what he would be replacing and inspecting. He was punctual and courteous. Very professional servicing. Also His pricewas a bit lower than other area service companies so I saved money. Highly recommend him for generator service.

Joseph Nasr made room in his calendar for my next day appointment. He assessed the problem, provided me with a least cost and an alternate, long-term solution, and promptly made the correction alternative that I chose. He was thorough, explained and demonstrated the problem, and made the correction within an hour. I will call Joseph Nasr in the future should I need any more electrical help and recommend him to friends and family.

Ronnie and Mohamed did great work. They were conscientious, explained everything and worked hard. The county inspector comes Monday and I expect no issues. An added plus was that Joseph, the owner, came after the work was done to inspect it himself and answer any questions.

This went really well! Joseph was very great to work with at every step. He went beyond what I expected when I was looking for an electrician and his price was the best of the four electricians I surveyed. As I set up the appointment to have the work done I noticed that Joseph was a busy person and was a little worried that something might get missed. Joseph and his crew (Roni, Mohamed and Amir) are extremely hardworking and will get the work done quickly and properly. To give an example of how they went over and above was when I asked to have the gas line grounded they didn't even question me and just said no problem. Also, after they had finished, a couple of days later Joseph came out to help meet the inspector as I was busy with taking care of my toddler. Joseph, two days later, even reconnected an outside receptacle that had been disconnected inadvertently when a stray sub-panel was removed. The only minor thing that I noticed was there were some nail pops from the ceiling as a result of when they were working in the attic, but really minor as I have paid some higher cost electricians(i.e., for prior jobs) much more and have had more to have to fix. Again, I am very impressed with these guys as they are the types that will make sure you are happy before you part ways. FYI, the main panelboard installed was a 200amp Eaton "BR series". Nasr Electric did a very good job. Did not try and sell me things that I did not need. Fixed problem problem quickly and tested to be sure that problem was completely fixed. Would definitely use again.

Everything went very well; from diagnosing the issue to getting a crew onsite took less than two hours, and then they worked until everything was fixed. Nasr also honored their original quote (including an Angie's List discount) despite a few surprises along the way that took additional time. The crew also left the jobsite very clean.

The job was done very professionally. Two electricians came at the appointed time in the morning and were done in under six hours. I left them on their own at the house while they turned the power off to do their work and returned at the end of the job. They were honest and neat and while they had to cut into the paneling in a corner area of the basement to install a larger box, they did it so professionally that it just looks like part of the woodwork almost.

Joe worked me in two weeks before he had time in his schedule. He showed up with 4 guys and finished the microwave run quickly and was completely done with all services within 4 hours. He cleaned up well and even had an employee run out and get more tarps when he ran out. Joe was professional and timely. I would recommend Nasr Electric to anyone, and already have!!
