Very good. Joseph Nasr looked things over gave me an estimate, his two guys George and Ronnie did the work. Everyone was great. Punctual, the work was done in the time estimated. Costs were as expected. The panel was swapped out with out difficulty. The men ran into some trouble fastening the heater to the wall. My building is old and much has been done to it. In this case the lath and plaster had been removed in the past and wall board had been put up w/out studs. This proved somewhat challenging but the two prevailed and were able to fasten it securely. They also attached a thermostat for the newly installed baseboard. The last detail was removing a singer coil heater and this too was done expediently. Everyone cleaned up and we were left with nice quiet heat and a safe electrical panel. I'd hire these guys again and most certainly will as there is further electrical work we need done. Add'l information: I ordered the baseboard heater and thermostat via Amazon. I also went down to city hall and pulled the permit in an effort to save a bit of money

The electrician, I think his name was Phillip, came to the house to check out the job. Once he figured out everything that needed to be done the additional cost was going to be another $1000. He said he would have to cut through walls and ceilings to lay a ground wire. We are not interested in doing any cutting in our walls. We were just looking to replace the box.

They were on time and neat. they did err on the installation of the recessed lights leaving the old junction box in place on the wall. I contacted Joseph that evening and he acknowledged the error and fixed it promptly the next morning. Note - he was not present during the original installation. Despite the error I would recommend him and would use them again given his responsiveness.

Came by on same day I requested a quote and provided estimate within 2 days. Since we couldn't find new exterior "dawn to dusk " light fixtures we like, Joseph revised his bid to provide timers on existing lights instead.

He got here on time and brought workers with him. They were very careful when drilling holes through the brick. They know what they are doing, they are very polite, and were incredibly conciencious and sweet to my dog, which was exceptional!

The job went very well. There was a minor conflict in the scheduling, but the contractor came on Saturday to get the job done and also had a very good reason for having to re-schedule. He also explained everything he was doing, and why, when I asked questions about the work. The job was completed in less time than expected, which was great since it was a Saturday. I'm very happy with the new electrical panel that was installed since it is bigger than the original 1960's panel and allows me to expand, if necessary. This was a badly needed fix since the existing electrical was old, rusted and deteriorating inside and outside.

Bought two hours of labor which can be done as either one man for two hours or two men for one hour. I have learned that this company just brings two men for one hour and that's the end of it. Doesn't matter whether the second man does any work or not. I paid for two hours of labor for which I received one hour of work. Joseph would not permit me to carry the second hour forward to another job at another time. The quality of the work is fine but the business ethic is not.

Nasr was great - solved a complicated issue that was causing a loss of electricity throughout our house. We would definitely call them again.

Arrived on time and was very efficient. Also gave quotes on future work that I need done that were reasonable and will be completed at a later date. Very satisfied with the visit.

I give Nasr Electric my highest recommendation. They checked all the boxes for me. Responsive, Punctual, Professional, Left a Clean Work Space and Fairly Priced. I especially like that the owner Joseph is the person doing the work. It's his company and his reputation on the line. I was able to text with him to coordinate the time to do the work. He showed up 10 mins. early. He has many years experience in the trade and is very knowledgeable. They used a plastic cover in my kids room when cutting the hole in the ceiling and left both rooms cleaner then when they started. He quoted me the best price compared to other well know companies. Again, A+ and will be having them back to do some work on our Master Bedroom.

It went great. Joseph Nasr and his assistant George were not only extremely competent and efficient, they were also personable and provided a great experience. They arrived on time with all necessary equipment and parts to handle all expected work requirements and even had on hand what was needed to repair the ground leads for the copper water supply lines (which they had noticed were not in code compliance). I'd call them again in a heartbeat if I have any future electrical needs. Give them a shot; I'm sure you'll be completely satisfied.

He was prompt, polite, courteous and had the customers' needs first. He went above and beyond his duty. It was an all day job and his professionalism and quality exceeded our expectations. Joseph is a must hire and we will use him for many more electrical jobs in our future.

The electric panel for this 1976 Townhouse was outdated and obsolete. The manufacturer had gone out of business in the 1970's. Replacement circuit breakers had not been available for almost 2 decades. Nasr Removed and Replaced the panel and ensured that all current code requirements were complied with. The new panel had increased capacity to deal with increased needs throughout the house. All baths and the kitchen were routed through GFI circuit breakers. In addition, Nasr tested all of the outlets in the town house to ensure that there were no open circuits. He found 2 outlets that were damaged and replaced them. I would use him again.

Joseph came out initialily to install an outlet in our fireplace to support a fan for our wood burning fireplace. He did good work for $200. We called him back to assess some of our other issues in the house and he recommended (consistent with the feedback we received from our home inspection) that we should replace our electric panel and increase the amps to our home. We bought the $1,499 electric box replacement special and he performed the work. He assessed everything electricity related on our home and left us feeling good and safe with the work he and his crew performed. When the county inspection failed due to some small issues, Joseph returned to get everything in working order. He is kind, honest, hard-working, and a pleasure to work with. I have never worked with a better contractor or professional in my home-owning life. He is highly recommended for any electrical work, large or small.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were wonderful. They were fabulous, outstanding and absolutely excellent. I was extremely pleased. I would call them back. I have no complaints at all, and the man was exhausted, because he was working until the wee hours on another job.

Great contractor and electrician. Everything went as planned and we're very pleased with the result. Victor was terrific!

He wanted $350 for the permit. I called the city of Alexandria, and they said that it should be $112. I asked Nasr about the price difference, he said that the discrepancy was his charge for going to get the permit for me. Because he wasn't forthcoming with the price discrepancy, I feel uncomfortable continuing with this.

Joseph Nasr was great. Fast responding by email or text, showed up exactly when he said, gave a solid estimate and worked to it. He told us that the first time round there was a chance the inspector would require additional work - Joseph was trying to save us that money - the additional work was required and Joseph performed it at exactly the price he had estimated. Other contractors have come in since Joseph's visit, for example the A/C guys, and they were impressed with the quality of his work. I was personally happy with his personality and felt very comfortable with him. I recommend him strongly for anyone else in the area who needs an electrician.

They answered our request fast, scheduled us quickly, were very competent and professional, and came in exactly on budget (not always a certainty with repairs to an older home). When they got hung up in traffic, they stayed late and finished the job. They said replacing our ancient electrical panel would take about four hours and were correct almost to the minute. The new panel is larger than the old one so they had to remove a bit of drywall, and they carefully covered our bed to protect it from dust, which was very thoughtful. They tidied up after themselves and scheduled the county inspection for us. The electrical panel was $1500. They charged $250 to pull the permit. We were advised of the permit fee up front. Good work, no surprises. We've been looking for a good electrician for a long time and are pleased we found Nasr.

Joesph showed up right on time and promptly started the installation. He was able to explain the capabilities of the generator panel and took the time to inform me of the limitations I will encounter based on the size of my generator. He recommended that I utilize a generator that had at least 7500 watts so that I could get all that I wanted out of the panel. The install was professional, quick and done to standard. Nasr Electric has maintained a solid reputation and it is evident that Joseph and his team intend to maintain a high level of professionalism in everything they do.
