Description of Work: The work they did was fine. I had to pay an extra $400 for the fine print which I think should be upfront information. The issue was I had to pay for the permits, other companies cover this cost. Also, I had one outlet that I asked to be added, I declined because it was an extraordinary amount they wanted for that service.

Description of Work: Joseph was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived promptly to diagnose the issue and provided a cost effective resolution. Two days later, he and his crew arrived on time, worked quickly, quietly, and cleanly. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had Nasr Electric replace my archaic (fused) service panel with a 200 AMP circuit breaker panel, add six outlets in my utility room (four on GFCI and two dedicated circuits for appliances), one in my crawl-space and a light in my crawl space as well. Joseph provided a free estimate on a Thursday and only because of my own scheduling conflict performed the work the following Tuesday (he could have done it Monday). Joseph and his two employees (George and Ronny) showed up during the scheduled window of 8:30-9:00 and promptly, and efficiently began their work. Replacing the panel and adding the outlets and light was quite a bit of work; which took roughly seven hours to complete. Joseph effectively managed the work being completed and made sure that the details were not overlooked (i.e. leveling the boxes and ensuring the conduit was straight, ect.). I was especially pleased with the extra effort taken to fish the grounding wire to the main water line (all the way on the other side of the house) through the overhead and wall as opposed to having to cut drywall. This made for a much cleaner project and less stress on me. Joseph and his crew took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way which provided me with the confidence to better understand my own panel. They cleaned up the work area to my satisfaction and Joseph scheduled an inspection of the work and provided a copy of the permit so I would have it when the county inspector came. Joseph also helped me to remove old obsolete tv cable wires that had never been removed by previous owners before he left the work site which I appreciated very much as well. The inspector showed up three days later (that Friday) and approved all of the work without issue. I would definitely recommend Nasr Electric and plan to use them again when I need electrical work done in my home.
