We cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and his crew! Tim was always punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He is honest and hard working - he helped us develop a plan that would be best for our space and that would give us the best return on our investment. He communicated everything to us as the project was happening, and was very clear in explaining any changes that happened along the way (we had a plumbing issue at our house that was unrelated to his work - he had the issue diagnosed and taken care of within the morning). We gave Tim a key to our house so he could come and go as needed while we were at work, and this worked perfectly. We are so impressed with the outcome of his work, as well as his commitment to his clients. He was finished exactly when he said he would be, and his work was completed within the budget we agreed to. Would highly recommend him for ANY project, big or small. You will not be disappointed!

Tim was always professional and very prompt and knowledgable. I appreciated that he began and ended the work as promised. And he was always very thoughtful, courteous and professional. If you want good, quality work done, you should save yourself a lot of time and trouble dealing with contractors that don't deliver, and contact Tim Murray. I would defintely hire him again and exactly plan on it as I work on other home projects this fall!

The experience was good. He came and look professional and came on time and quick on responding. We also didn't use him for the project but I would consider using him in the future. The price was reasonable.

He is very precise in his work. In his communications with me he is always very thorough. It is important to be exact with him about things so you have a mutual undertstanding. Tim is a gentleman - not stuffy but knows good manners. Bottom line, he does excellent work and is pleasant to deal with.

Tim was very professional and explained both projects in detail. The contract was also detailed and he finished the projects early. The house was clean of dust and debris each day. He even returned the extra tile to the store for us and offered to re-hang the art that he had to remove in the kitchen. Our bathroom and kitchen look amazing and we are definitely using him again.

Tim has very competitive pricing and is very easy to work with. He provided us with a an estimate that was broken down in such a way that we could pick what work we wanted him to do for what we could afford. We have used him two times so far and will continue to call him back for future projects.

He is great. I give him a key to my house whenever is does work for me because he is so trustworthy. He is very polite and is generally able to complete the work under budget.

Tim met with me - we discussed my ideas of what I wanted the deck to look like. He made some very helpful - and cost saving suggestions. He gave me a timeline for what would happen and about how long it would take. As soon as we decided on a final plan he priced out materials and kept me in the loop on all phases. He took care of all aspects of the project - permits, inspections, clean-up. etc. Once the project started coming together he also provided recommendations for an electrician. He went the extra mile on every step of the project. From start to finish Murray Custom Construction was top-notch.
