Description of Work: The 1st time we scheduled they called 20 minutes before and said they can't come because of an emergency. We have a service scheduled for 7am. I should have dropped them right there but I already purchased the deal. So we scheduled for another day at 7am and they were late 45 min. He installed 3 lights in our basement and a socket. He needed to buy an additional cable so he went to the store for aproximately 1.5 -2 hours and charged us for that time.

Description of Work: Jack, the technician, arrived on time and conducted the repair to a water pipe in the ceiling of our dining room. With minimal damage to get to the pipe he did a wonderful job. cleaned up and debris and was polite and thorough with the job. He went throughout the entire house to ascertain if he needed to cut into the ceiling beforehand which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company. If you use them ask for Jack to do your repairs. He is the best.

Description of Work: Tried to set up Big Deal appointment. Provider showed little interest in my project. Offered estimate to install vent system by phone. Wanted provider to assess job on the site. Estimate of 500.00 seems over the top. Please arrange another provider.

Description of Work: I purchase their deal for 1 hour to switch outlets to gfi outlets. The first time the tech did not show up for 30 minutes with no call. They rescheduled and he was late again, but called this time to inform me he was late. Note both of these appointments was for 7am and he blamed traffic both times. Once he got there he did good work and was efficient. I would use again but plan for him to be at least 30 minutes late.
