+ 0 moreI do not recommend this company. I had a scheduled visit with the owner of the company for a potential construction project. The owner showed up to my home and was completely rude and not understanding of a work call that interfered with our meeting at the beginning. He left abruptly and said - we are not going to do business with you. For no good reason. The interaction lasted less than a minute. It was completely unprofessional and frankly rude. I do not recommend working with this company.

+ 3 moreThe work was inconsistent and issues that arose down the line weren't addressed. Communication became a challenge and concerns went ignored. Turnover is high which made some jobs go well and others not so well. Some work is outsourced which results in a lack of accountability and issue resolution.
Description of Work: I used Moore Construction Group to do a variety of renovation projects that included: flooring, plumbing and general contract work.

+ 1 moreEstimate process was simple and easy. Very professional. Friendly. Once we accepted estimate, did not hear for a week. Took a couple of calls and emails to schedule job. The job was started within two weeks. Start times on the days of the work (one afternoon, the following whole day) were iffy. Arrived and completed the work they needed to do on both days, but suggested they would be on site earlier than they were (by an hour or two). Made a real mess during the job, but cleaned up very well before they left. Finished job is quite nice. I'm pleased.
Description of Work: 1. Sealed off two electrical outlets, covered with drywall. 2. Moved one electrical outlet, covered old hole with drywall. 3. Placed mosaic tile under kitchen cabinets and grouted (about 33 sq ft)

+ -1 moreThey are a newer local company with reasonable prices. Their management team is experienced. However, they seem to have high employee turnover which makes for an inconsistent experience. Overall, they are a very clean crew and tidy up as they close each night when working on longer projects. They usually meet deadlines without involvement from the customer. We did have some problems with their tile work where they did have to come and repair it.
Description of Work: I used the services of Moore Construction Group LLC for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I last used them in March 2011.
