Description of Work: Fixed leaking faucet pipeline underneath kitchen sink, by replacing old worn out shutoff with new one. He gave me a very good system, much better than the original builder, that works great with no more leaks. He also looked at my connected dishwasher to advise a better way to clean it out, so it doesn't clog up or cause issues within the sink and garbage disposal unit.

Description of Work: Replaced water cartridge on our home humidification unit. The unit was sending a warning indication in January. We told Michael and Son when they performed the seasonal checks in March. Technician told us since it was the end of the season we should turn off humidifier and advise technican to bring a new cartridge when fall check was done. Installed new furnace in September. We told technician when scheduling the furnace install. Technician turned on humidifier and said it was working. Three days later the warning lights were back on. Michael and Son came out and charged $150 for a service call. Told us we needed to replace the cartridge. I spoke to them about the service call charge. They said they would look into it...but never called back. Replace cartridge in November.
