Description of Work: Michael & Son install a 75 gallon gas water heater and 5 gallon expansion tank. The work was done as part of the installation package offered by Lowe's with the purchase of the hot water heater. The contractor did not show up as scheduled. When I called Lowe's, they indicated the technican had been provided with the wrong sized expansion tank, and could not obtain the correct one until the next day. I understand the issue, but felt I shold have been called rather than have the technician miss the appointment. Michael & Sons claimed a miscommunication between them and Lowe's. The technician arrived on time as rescheduled. The installation was very professional.The old water heater was removed and the area was left clean. I did not select Michael & Sons for the installation, but based on their performance with this job, I would select them for future work.
