Description of Work: I have a home care agreement and will never use Michael and Sons again. The technicians do not listen to me. They are always trying to sell me something I don't need at an outrageous price. Every technician has different and conflicting advice. The do great work but are way too expensive.

Description of Work: Replaced inside workings for toilet tank. |Work done by individual was done very well. | |Could not fix another situation with a leaking sink drain. Had to call another plumber who fixed the problem immediately. | |This caused me to have 2 service calls when 1 would have sufficed. | |I may or may not go with Michael & Son at another date.
