The workers are great. Very professional. I don't think there is anything they could work on. They are very responsive.

They are very thorough, professional and have a high level of skill. They're rather expensive but you are well taken care of.

Destruction and installation fairly smooth. Promised cleanup not done during original job never happened, despite calls made and assurances given. Wife and myself both disabled. Service non-existent despite talk with owner.

Perfectly, the lighting was installed without a glitch. The basement rewiring for installation of new baseboard heaters was well done. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical work, especially if it has to done to code.

They come out every 6 months. It cost $69 with a coupon. They are a reputable company. They cleaned up good.

It turned out alright. The cost was exorbitant. They could lower the cost. They were efficient. They came on time. The workmanship was good, but they were very expensive.

They have ads on TV all the time, their a big big company. There was no charge because they had originally installed the toilet. Their very well organized. We call the one number and some one comes out. They give you an exact time and they come out. They have a fully loaded truck, not like some of these guys who have to run to Sears because they don't have a screwdriver on their truck. They call to the home office if there is a problem. They have a printer in their truck and prints your invoice right there and you are all set to go. A very professional outfit. They seem to be reliable. In my experience they are really set up if something goes wrong. I don't know what the competitive pricing would be in this visit. They arrived when they said they would.

They ended up doing it for free because they did it so badly.

Michael & Sons could get out to us before any of the other electricians we called and they did a great job and explained to us how to avoid the issue in the future without the need of calling someone out to the house. We ended up signing up for their maintenance plan, which cost maybe $50 more than what the electrical service would have cost and included a free plumbing inspection, as well as a heating inspection and an A/C inspection, which can be done whenever throughout the year. It also included a discount on future services. We'll definitely use them again!

Service was great! They did it within a good period of time. They cleaned up after themselves.

I did not winterized my pipe (not enough insulation) They came and repair it. Excellent Service

We have a M&S's home warranty that identified an issue with a pressure valve for the water pipe that enters our home. We also had several older but high quality toilets that needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Unfortunately WSSC broke the stem for the pipe leading into our home preventing M&S's from repairing the valve. That led to two days of panic with WSSC denying they did it, though M&S's and I watched WSSC break the stem. After a lot of hassle, the job got completed. A supervisor from M&S's came by on the final day to ensure everything was done correctly. The sales pitch for replacing the toilets was poorly thought out. After walking M&S through our home a second time he too was convinced we should retain the majority of our toilets for a variety of reasons. It appears he did a great job repairing the toilets. We have a few other requests outstanding related to the plumbing, and they have been slow to respond (but the plumber, also named Mike, did a very good job!). Home inspection - M&S missed a major issue with our furnace that caused a midnight fire department response where our home filled with smoke and we needed to evacuate our children at midnight. M&S completed the inspection two days earlier, but missed the furnace issue. Fortunately we turned of the furnace before it caused a true fire. Our furnace motor blew and M&S's subsequently repaired the furnace motor at no charge because they missed this issue, but it could have led to a major tragedy. For that part of the home inspection, I give them a F.

I had good service. I had to have knowledge on it myself. Of what I needed.They would have sold me on the most expensive option. I don't have any problems with what they did. They did point out an faucet was backwards, but that wasn't their fault. They said they could fix it, but I was use to it being backwards. Kind of wet my appetite to do that. They didn't do it, just something they noticed. I like that they really knew what they were doing. I disliked that I had to know what model of garbage disposal, to put in size, because its one of the things that you can put in different models, and sizes, or larger sizes. I had to know to put the same one that I had in here, unless I wanted to pay more. They explained to me that the larger size would cost more. I just knew that information.

This was the 4th replacement on my attic fan, which has a lifetime warranty. From the first installment, the unit had a bad motor and many issues. They'd helped with renovate my kitchen, put on a new roof, and installed a generator back in 2005. I keep having to call them back to fix their shoddy work. Each time they've come out regarding the attic fan in the past, there hasn't been a charge. All of the sudden, they said I have to pay them for their labor, which isn't covered in the warranty. They said they'd only give me 3 years of free labor; then I have to pay about $270. I don't like the fact that they're changing the rules of the game. The contract didn't have a lot of details on the warranty either. When they were up there, they came back down with a host of other problems they needed to 'fix'. The price quote they gave me was high for those repairs as well. I'd be careful of these guys. I hated calling them, and have thought about calling another company, but I will lose the warranty.

This is a ongoing project and we will continue to use them.

Everything went fine. They pointed out items that needed to be fixed or upgraded. When asked what was the most important, they did not go straight for the most expensive items.

so, so. Had to have redone later so wires not crossed in one of the fixtures. Worst was dealing with the sales pitch at the end for another of their services. A clear simple brochure would have done the job and been much more appropriate. Been so long ago would have go to Household Binder to track down dates and costs.

This company stands behind their work, which is why I always use them. It went well, and I would gladly hire them (and likely will) again. Strongly recommended.

Their price is a little on the higher side but everything else is great. They were on time, clean, and professional.

They were on time, did a good job, and were polite and efficient. My daughter has used them more recently. She used them for a bathroom remodel in December and they did great then too. I would highly recommend them.

Great. They are not inexpensive, but always fast and do fort rate work
