Description of Work: The first technician came to my house the same day. My AC was not working so he replaced a part and I thought it was repaired. He was very polite and a good salesman. He sold me an upgrade to my system also. I hesitated to call them because I had a bad experience with them in the past but I had purchased the HVAC from them and it was still under warranty. When I bought the unit in 2012 I also purchased a maintenance contract with them, mainly because I was promised priority service if something should go wrong. I had a problem a couple of years ago on a Friday and the woman I spoke to said she could not get anyone out here until Sunday! That was their "priority service"? Last week I called them since I was still under warranty ( by the way, never purchased another contract with them) and they did come out within hours of my call. The next day I came home and the unit was not working again. They sent the same tech out and he told me the coolant was leaking and he put a pound of it back in. He said he would have to send a senior tech out because he couldn't check for leaks. That was scheduled for the next day. Why would they send the first guy out if he wasn't prepared to fix the problem? The tech who arrived the next day showed up without a curtesy call which I had asked for and did not introduce himself. He just walked in and said "where is the thermostat ?". He checked for a leak and said there wasn't one. I asked him why the first guy had to put a pound of coolant in and that It was not working the day before. He said "I don't know, I wasn't there". What an unprofessional response. He said the low coolant was normal wear and tear. He was not a pleasant person either. He acted like he couldn't be bothered. He never even cracked a smile. I have tried to voice my complaint to upper management but still have not been able to talk to anyone so I'm putting it in writing. I had initially called to let them know that I would have appreciated a phone call to say they wer on their way. They did not call me before he came so they put an alert for the next appointment to please call the customer. The second guy didn't call either and tried to blame it on the scheduler when he should have been the one to call. I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever!
