Their electricians serviced my elderly parents' home and after the technician left my mom couldn't locate her wallet. When I spoke to the manager about these concerns, he was aggressive, combative and completely unsympathetic, even after I asked him to moderate his tone. I am very disappointed in their lack of empathy and terrible customer service.

I could get no information from the company about approximate cost for the project unless I paid $95 to have someone come out and give me an estimate. They would waive the fee if I do the job with them. I was not looking for a guaranteed quote just a range based on their experience with replacing an existing fan with a new one. What is the big mystery? They refused to provide any information unless I paid for the estimate. I told them I would not pay to have someone come out until I at least knew their hourly rate. They would not provide that information. I find this to be an EXTRAORDINARILY bad way to treat perspective customers. I found another firm (Wilcox Electric) who was happy to give me their rates and a price range for the job. The technician even called me a week in advance of the appointment to go over the job, make sure I had the correct fan and discuss any other issues. First class approach. Don’t do business with people who will not be upfront with you.
