+ -1 moreHe showed us many properties, and was always very friendly, helpful, and informative. Since we both work full time, he was very accommodating to our schedule, and showed us many homes on weekends. Since the home we purchased was an estate sale, there were some complications. However, Phil always kept us well-informed, and expertly handled issues as they arose. Although his office is in Alexandria, we purchased our home in NW Washington DC, and he seems to be very knowledgeable with the DC market.
Description of Work: Phil was our realtor, and helped us purchase our first home.
