MW Construction management and staff were very professional and courteous. The staff came as scheduled and management kept me appraised of progress throughout the project. Management personally helped with my selection of flooring, countertop, and back splash; and I received contractor pricing even though I personally paid for the items separately (no overhead added for MW Construction). Items in and around construction zone were protected throughout the project and construction area was cleaned up at the end of each work day. The end result is beautiful and of high quality. I would recommend MW Construction Services, LLC., to anyone and everyone.
Description of Work: In the kitchen - removal of one wall and existing floor (3 different types); reconstruction of pantry; installation of new 3 drawer cabinet, new floor, countertop, back splash, and new lighting.

The home we recently bought in Old Town Alexandria had some very quirky things the previous owner had installed in the house. We had some ideas about what we needed done and contacted MW construction to help us out. The entire experience was professional and exceeded our expectations. Greg Marks gave us the ideas and estimates on how to fix the major problems in the house. The master bath was pretty, lots of Italian marble and a large corner shower, but it was utterly disfunctional as a bathroom. There was no vanity, only a pedestal sink, so nowhere to put things. There was a bidet taking up a lot of space and certainly not necessary for us. The worst was the shower that had a hazardous, nearly two foot step up to get into a sunken jacuzzi tub. The renovation included removal of the jacuzzi and replacing it with a complementary-colored tile normal shower. The bidet and pedestal sink were removed and replaced with a large vanity that looks like it was always there. The tile was kept intact to the greatest extent possible and we now have a beautiful and very enjoyable master bath. The basement of the original part of the house had been divided up into three smaller spaces - mostly useful for some storage but now really useful as a functional space. The renovation involved tearing out non-load bearing walls, replacing the carpeting, lighting and paint. It is now a great open space that will be used as a family room and library. The workmen were prompt, courteous, fast, professional and clean. We were extremely happy with this service provider and would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. BTW, we found them on Angie's list and they provided a discount for that. We also interviewed two other service providers and even though this company was more expensive than the others, it was well worth the extra money to get such great work done.
Description of Work: Renovated a very quirky, customized bathroom, installed a new pantry in existing kitchen, insulated some interior walls, and renovated the basement.

Greg Marks and Gus, his flooring man, came to the house to measure the floors and then he prepared the proposal. The contract was signed and the flooring was selected on June 13, 2013. The flooring was delivered on June 25, 2013. On July 8, 2013 furniture was moved to garage for flooring installation, a large china cabinet was left in place to be moved around while installing floors. Carpeting was removed and sub floor was repaired on this date. On July 9, 2013 the hardwood floor install began and it was completed on the 10th. All old carpet and sub floor trash was hauled away on the 8th. All the flooring was finished on the 10th. including cleanup. On the 10th the furniture was removed from garage and placed in the proper rooms in the house. Excellent work was done by Gus and his two workers and was supervised by Dyer Rothrock, assistant project manager. Another outstanding job was completed by MW Construction Services.
Description of Work: Met with homeowners to select the flooring type. Remove wall to wall carpet on lower level of home, family room, living room, dining room, entry way and hall closet. Repair and/or replace damaged sub floor. Installed new Bamboo hardwood flooring in all the above spaces.

I can summarize what I am looking for in a contractor in five words: honest, capable, professional, timely and clean. Greg Marks and MW Construction exemplify all of these attributes to the highest degree. I strongly recommend Greg and have to family, friends and colleagues. My story: I live in a turn of the century Dupont Circle townhome. In late summer of 2012, I found myself in the midst of a homeowner's nightmare. My newly purchased HVAC and air handler were overpowering the ductwork throughout the townhome. So much so, the ducts began to sweat and water began pooling above the ceiling. Immediately after realizing what was happening, I called the company who sold me the unit, and multiple contracting companies. One of the contractors who came highly recommended by a close friend was Greg Marks. Upon meeting with everyone, I determined very quickly that Greg and MW would be the best choice for the work I needed completed and boy was I right! Honest: After our meeting, Greg came back with a full list of options and pricing. He walked me through options from the minimum work needed to the most possible within the scope of this project. When answering questions he was concise and presented pros, cons and best practices. I felt comfortable with his rationale and pricing structure. Capable: As I mentioned, MW came highly recommended by a close friend who had work completed in their home. MW's portfolio is impressive and the work completed in my home supports that reputation. Professional: Greg was the lead for the project. He had a number of workers help with the construction in my home. All of them were professional in their interaction with me and my family. Moreover, the open line of communication between Greg, myself and his team set MW apart from any contractor I've used in the past. Timely: At the beginning of the project, Greg was clear on how long the entire project would last. The project came in on time and without delay. I believe the main reason why this was the case was because the team did all the work correctly the first time. I have had terrible experiences in the past where someone has had to redo work due to shoddiness, etc., delaying the end date. Greg's guys did everything right the first time around. How refreshing! Clean: I know that some may not find this as important, but for me, cleanliness/tidiness in a job is vital. I was pleasantly surprised when the MW team set up on the first day. My home was encased in plastic sheeting to protect furniture, walls, etc. The drywall dust was kept to an absolute minimum. If there is anyone who values this attribute, know that MW left my home almost as they found it. In sum, I strongly recommend Greg Marks and MW. I will continue to recommend them to those in my circle and will look for their help with any other future project in my own home!

I got estimates from at least 5 different contractors. Greg from MW Construction was the best. He was easy to work with provided a excellent estimate with all the details. Greg worked with me to pick out kitchen cabinets, flooring, and vanity. They started the job on the day told me and completed it in about 4 weeks. They did an excellent job and we ended up staying under budget. I would recommend MW Construction for other remodeling jobs.

We started out our contractor search by interviewing multiple contractors. After meeting with Greg Marks with MW Construction, we decided to stop interviewing other contractors. After reviewing MW's very detailed proposal, we had Greg Marks come back out to the house to review the proposal and discuss our budget. Greg provided cost saving ideas that still provided the final design and quality that we were desiring. We signed a contract a week later for our renovation, which included my new dream kitchen, spa inspired master bathroom, hall bathroom remodel, and new trex deck. Greg suggested I take a look at the HOUZZ website for ideas (my new favorite app). Greg took us to his suppliers and designers to select cabinets, tile, fixtures, and other materials. I was originally really stressing this part of the process, but MW made it painless and actually enjoyable (Greg was very patient with me through this process :0). Once construction was under way, we dealt with Drew Marks and his assistant project manager Dyer Rothrock, who were both very knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful. I joked both Greg and Drew (brothers) that construction is in their blood and that they should have their own TLC/HG TV show. In summary, we couldn’t be happier with the finished product and highly recommend these guys. Great firm ran by great people.

During my transition period moving from OH to McLean, VA, I had hired MW Construction to handle a large remodeling job for a house I purchased and planned on moving into after completion of the remodeling work. The job entailed a complete remodel of the kitchen, master bathroom, and hallway bathroom. During this transition period, I had to communicate with MW Construction?s management remotely, and they made sure to carve out time to speak with me, accommodating my schedule, not to mention providing digital pictures detailing all work progress. The result of the work was phenomenal. MW Construction used high quality products, made sure the areas adjacent to the work area was kept very clean, timing and stage progress was perfect, and most importantly, management was easily accessible, and they were very honest, forthcoming, and transparent. All around, the experience could not have gone smoother, and I recommend MW Construction to anybody looking to use their services.

We were fortunate to hire MW Construction to complete an unfinished renovation of our house in Woodley Park after our prior contractor filed bankruptcy halfway through our job. The scope of the project was significant as it included a full renovation of a 4-story house including new kitchen, 5 new restrooms, expansion of the master bedroom, connection of the house to the garage, creation of a 2nd staircase and several other major base building renovation items. After a horrible experience with our prior contractor, MW came in immediately and was able to keep the project going seamlessly by negotiating with our prior subs and bringing his own team on with little advanced notice. Due to the bankruptcy of our prior GC, several of the previous subs had not been paid and threatened liens against our house. MW was able to negotiate on our behalf and keep the subs working with minimal downtime. Additionally, our house has several historic features including molding, staircase finishes, etc. and MW did an amazing job to replicate this mill work throughout our house. MW kept us well-informed of the schedule and budget and often went above and beyond to work after-hours if needed to meet certain milestones. I would highly recommend Greg and Byron and the rest of their team to anyone else undergoing a home renovation. It was a pleasant experience working with them after having had a previous contractor file bankruptcy during our project.
Description of Work: MW Construction completed a partial gut / renovation of an existing 100+ year old house in Woodley Park. Work included demolition, framing (interior and roof), electrical, plumbing, mill work, staircase installation, kitchen remodeling, etc.

. MW Construction Services, LLC was very flexible in completing this project in about 12 weeks. We originally thought we would be able to work in two bathrooms at once, but do to our having a house guest, they had to complete each bathroom before moving to the next. They worked with us and did not charge us for the lengthening of the schedule. We found Greg, Byron, Drew and project manager Lopez to be a pleasure to deal with, always addressed our concerns and ensured that we understood the next step in the schedule and the associated timeline. The project was actually completed on the last full day of regular construction. The final clean-up was done, and no "punch out" list existed, because the contractor fixed the small nuances as they occurred. Very efficient! What we found helpful 1. Very fair contract with detailed payment schedule and detailed list of allowances. 2. Contractor only took the progress payment when that portion of the progress was complete. 3. We purchased all of the tile, vanities and plumbing finishes for installation by the contractor and they immediately provided a change order reducing the contract amount by the associated allowance in the contract. This works very well and allows the home owner the ability to purchase items that meet their personal preferences. 4. Cast iron tub and water closets provided by the contractor were high end Kohler. 5. All hardwood floors were protected with "Ram Board" throughout the construction (we do not have carpet). 6. The craftsmen working on our project were all employees of MW Construction Services. LLC, except for the plumber, who was a very good subcontractor. All these people showed the utmost respect for our property and they were a pleasure to have in your house everyday. 7. The house was cleaned up every day, all trash removed from inside the house and vacuumed. 8. We did not have a dumpster on-site and the trash was picked up and hauled out on a daily basis. 9. The craftsmen worked most Saturdays which was anticipated and was fine with us. 10. Our golden retriever will miss these people. What would we do differently 1. We would not change anything, this contractor demonstrates true professionalism. We are planning another project for next year and MW Construction Services LLC will be the first contractor we call
Description of Work: MW Construction Services remodeled our three full bathrooms including a complete "gutting" to the studs and sub floor. New tubs, water closets, vanities, sinks with high end tile and plumbing finishes. All tile in wet areas and floor were installed over "Hardi Backer" The master bath included the same high quality with a whirlpool tub and shower with a sloped floor and linear drain. The dressing area was completely redone in the master bedroom including a new closet with sliding "barn door style" hardware and window seat with storage, the existing closet and bath doors were replaced with frosted glass panel pocket doors. Additionally, MW Construction replaced fifteen 1960's style flush doors with 6 panel solid core doors, including new hardware to match the colonial style of the home. All doors were leveled and squared for trueness. Also 3 sets of double french doors were also leveled and squared for smooth operation and alignment.

MW provided a timely proposal that was detailed and easy to understand. It was our first construction project and luckily MW was as helpful as they could be - responsive in answering any questions we had. The management team was very organized, detailed and always available to answer questions and discuss the project. We found the crew members to be very respectful too! The craft crew was extremely talented and made our vision come to life! MW was able to start the project shortly after closing on the house and finished prior to your move in date at the end of this month. We'd recommend MW to friends and family in a heartbeat. Excellent company!!!!

My experience with MW was excellent. I found them through a referral, and I engaged their services as consultants in my search for a new home. If you happen by chance to meet Greg Marks, Drew Marks, Byron Woods and Jonathan (John ) Jones of MW Construction Services and all affiliates. I signed a contract with persons mentioned above on 4/20/11.By the end of October 2011 I realized that this company had robbed me of my dream house and my money. Although I made numerous complaints to each about the service I received the persons mentioned above would always spin the truth and blame the home owners for the delay and when I called them on the quality of the work they stated they are professionals and know what they are doing. The County closed the permit out on 3/27/12.Although the County closed the permit out; I had the County come back in on 6/13/12 along with a third party inspector. The County issued 10 code violations to Greg Marks on 8/28/12 by the Sheriff Dept. 30 Calendars days were given for the corrections to be made. As of today no corrections were made. The County is in the process of issuing a second list of additional code violations that were not on the first list. The persons mentioned above will be given more time to complete all code violations. If still not completed a subpoena will be issued. Although these individuals s*** they stand behind their work, I have proof they do not. If I had checked the DPOR website and inserted their license # I would have known they had other violations from two other homeowners. I invite you to go to FIDO and inset my permit # to see for yourself how long the job took. I am not asking you to take my word; I am asking you to verify this information for yourself. I can supply you with pictures from the third party inspector along with the code violations issued by the County. You be the judge! Does this company stand behind their work? Or was I robbed? I held on to $4000.00 dollars, this was to be released when I have lien releases from the subcontractors and the extended warranty on my roof. The thing about warranties they are good if the installation is good. They are worthless if the installation is bad. They also damaged my chandelier; I had to pay for a third party inspector to prove that the quality of work is flawed. The persons mention above have over $20,000.00 thousand dollars in damages to correct on my house. Although this debacle is ongoing it is no longer an issued as to if this company will or will not complete the code violations. Upon review of the code violations these are issues that should have never happened. A company that vows they stand behind their work, one would assume that they check their work…In the words of Regan don’t a**-ume …verify
I worked with Greg Marks from MW Construction - and he was up-front, honest, and responsive throughout the process. The process began back in the summer of 2012. The unique situation associated with the extending the exterior wall onto the deck with a French Door limited the number of companies that were willing to bid. I had 5 different contractors review the work, and MW Construction was the only contractor that 1) was willing to perform the work and 2) had the right design. A contract was signed in October of 2012. A portion of the work was the result of the HOA assessment, and fines were pending if the work was not completed quickly. Greg was willing to call the HOA, submit the paperwork/design required for review, provide material samples, and even attend the HOA meeting to represent the good-faith effort to get the work done and help me avoid the fines! That exceeded my expectations. I'll provide another example of handling change and providing quality service working with MW Construction - which doesn't have anything directly to do with the work being done. During Super Storm Sandy, I had some concerns about my roof and talked to Greg about it. Greg sent out his roofing manager to take a look, and he spent about 20-30 min inspecting the roof only to tell me everything looked ok. All of this was done at no charge! I always thought that was an easy way to take advantage of the situation, but MW Construction was honest and gave me the evaluation free of charge. As the next step on the project, Greg was also able to walk me through picking out the materials (windows/sliding door/French Door) and work out the order with the Pella - including delivery - in January 2013. Work began in March, and the bulk was done over the next 6 weeks - with finishing touches and exterior painting being done over the next 3 weeks. Every time I brought up something I didn't like or thought wasn't done to my standards, Greg and MW Construction addressed my concern without any questions. They were responsive, and always followed up to ensure the work did meet my expectations. Overall, I have to say I'd highly recommend working with Greg Marks and MW Construction. I'm looking into some additional work (flooring/interior painting/remodeling), and I'll definitely be contacting MW Construction to take a look. If you're like me and don't have any friends/family with good contracting contacts in your area, you rely on services like Angie's List - and if you're using Angie's List, you should consider giving Greg Marks at MW Construction a call to see if he can help you. I'm also not a guy that writes many reviews (this is my first on Angie's List), but I thought I needed to write this review to help other people like me understand my experience - with the hope it may help.
Description of Work: - Installed new Windows (8) and replaced exterior trim on all windows - Built a new wood deck - Installed a new French Door as entryway onto deck - Extended exterior wall with French Door 2 feet onto deck - included 2 side windows - Finished interior and exterior of extension (drywall/trim/concrete-board/painting/lighting) - Installed Tile with 2-foot extension - Replaced exterior trim on front door - Installed new basement sliding glass door - Painted exterior firewalls to HOA standards
We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen & the job that MW did on our renovation! Greg helped us from the very start with design ideas and walked us through the entire process. He had some great ideas that helped us come in $2000 under our target budget. The workers were all very nice and did an excellent job of cleaning up everyday and keeping the rest of the house in good order. We made several changes along the way and MW did a great job of accommodating us, showing great flexibility. Overall they were a joy to deal with, the best contractors we've worked with so far! We will definitely use them for future renovations.

I was planning on redoing a bathroom and my kitchen and met with four contractors who I had found on Angie's List. I chose MW Construction because I felt comfortable with Greg Marks when I met him. He was willing to be flexible and came to my house after 6:30 in the evening, he had some ideas/suggestions that none of the other contractors came up with. His crew started with gutting the 1960's era pink bathroom (with a pink tub). The bathroom needed a new subflooring and the whole room was brought down to it's studs. Then it was rebuilt into this beautiful oasis of a room that still makes me smile each time I enter. I now have a walk in shower which I love. I also added decorative grab bars which are towel bars that can handle 500 pounds. Greg's crew added blocking to make sure these were secure and the final product is amazing. We added some work to the project by having MW Construction put in a stackable washer/dryer where the linen closet had been in a small hallway leading to the bathroom. They utilized some extra tile from the bathrrom project and once again had some good ideas of how to work within the limited space. I live in a split level house and there were a set of stairs in our kitchen as well as a set of stairs in the living room (about 8 feet apart). I had temperarily closed off these stairs (through another Angie's List contractor), but I had MW Construction permanently close these stairs which added to the overall space in the kitchen. Greg went with me when I ordered the cabinets at Home Depot and his crew picked up the wood that I ordered from Lumber Liquidators for the floor in the kitchen. I chose to order some of the supplies and Greg helped out by making sure I was getting good prices on the items that I ordered as well as the quality of those items. I am very pleased with the work that was performed by MW Construction. We fell in love with Dyer, our project manager and the crew that works directly for MW Construction was friendly, helpful and very hardworking. I have a 7 year old Lab who wanted to be in the middle of everything and everyone on the crew treated her great. I had a few negatives, but I think they are not indicative of the service that MW Construction provided. They have a plumbing sub-contractor who I didn't see eye to eye with, but Dyer took care of that immediately (the plumber left a mess including tools and Dyer came over and cleaned up the same night that I expressed a concern). There were a couple of instances of mis-communication, but I've been told by friends who have had simular work done that my miscommunication was nothing :) I couldn't be happieer with the finish product in the bathroom, wash area and kitchen. I recommend this company with no reservations. I appreciate that Greg took the time to get back to me and answer any of my questions and that his staff was patient, helpful and did a very professional job. I have a couple of additional projects that I am hoping to have MW Construction work on, none nearly as big as this one, but I trust that I will be just as satisfied with the final work product on any other work they may do for us.
Description of Work: Completely redid a bathroom, washer/dryer area and kitchen.
We have a small kitchen that was very inefficient. Talked with several vendors with several different concepts. Greg of MW construction worked with us to incorporate our ideas. We wanted to move the door from garage to kitchen. Greg worked with us to maximize work area. Once design was settled, MW allowed us to purchase cabinets, appliances, granite , etc from his suppliers, allowing us to maximize our reward points. Cool! Greg was with us through all the selections. Once the cabinets were ordered, a schedule was developed based on cabinet delivery. They predicted 3 weeks, it took 3 weeks and 1 day. Workers were some of the most skilled tradesmen we have seen. Each day the on-site supervisor was there at the beginning of the work day for discussion. And again at the end of the day to review progress. at the end of each day the work area was broom clean. Trash was removed daily. Ther is a bay window in the kitchen. To gain some additional storage space, we wanted built in shelf there. Supervisor and carpenter designed on the spot! This was additional work that probably took the extra day. The management team was excellent, the crew were all MW employees. We had a wonderful experience! Best construction experience ever. Highest praise. A bunch of great people!
After interviewing multiple contractors as well as receiving quotes, it became clear that MW Construction was a solid, reputable, high-quality firm; an it was proven out during their work. The work they did was well coordinated and of the highest quality. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive to all questions and unlike many other firms, truly manage their projects. Work was timely and the company was very communicative. Staff/workers through the process were professional, courteous, hard-working, and safe. This company simply epitomizes what a remodeling company should be. Not only would we hire them again, but we have and recommend them regularly!

Description of Work: Master bedroom closet remodel.
We were very pleased with MW Construction. From the very beginning, MW Construction was willing to accommodate our schedule. Byron came to our home in the evening to discuss the project and take notes for the estimate. We appreciated that he was willing to accommodate our work schedule and fight traffic on I-95 South! The estimate was prepared within a few business days. MW Construction was one of the few firms to provide a comprehensive estimate, including materials and labor. Once we signed the contract, Byron and Greg helped us choose materials. We appreciated their assistance, especially when ordering the tile! They thought of things we never even considered! Two skilled employees (crew) completed the majority of the work. They arrived shortly after 8am and worked until 5pm. They took good care of our home, laying cardboard from the front door to the door of the bathroom to protect our wood floor. They also covered our furniture with plastic to keep it clean. A project manager stopped by the house every day to check on the progress. We were able to reach Greg or Byron by phone, text, or e-mail. For the most part, we received a response the same day. Greg took the time answer our questions, regardless of how crazy they were (we watch too much HGTV). MW Construction was also kind enough to help us fix some minor storm damage from Hurricane Sandy in our living room at no additional charge! The crew completed the project in three weeks. The project manager performed a final walk-through with us to correct any minor issues. We were very satisfied with the work. The bathroom looks fantastic and is the envy of our neighbors! We already have our next project planned and hope to have MW Construction complete the work. While their price was slightly higher than other contractors we interviewed, they went above and beyond our expectations! Their work speaks for itself. Highly recommended!

MW is a great company to work with from the beginning of a project (discussion options, variations, etc.) and very professional. I am about to have them do another project this spring (2013).
Description of Work: MW replaced the siding on my house. The house had the original siding (built in 1963) and when they discovered there was no underlay, came to me with the problem and what the difference in cost would be before starting the additional work. The crew was always on site early and worked until the daylight was gone. They were efficient and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were also extremely careful with the existing foliage.
Greg Marks from MW came to home and gave the initial estimate, He was very helpful and after considering his offer, I called him and we signed a contract for the job. The job was to replace counter tops install tile backsplash, remove old floor in kitchen and half-bath and install new tile floors. Replace all old appliances. First we went to select the granite for our counter tops, which Greg met us and helped in our selection. Next was the selection of the tile for the back splash and kitchen faucet for new sink. We also selected at that time the new garbage disposal.Greg was very helpful in these selections.Greg contacted his appliance dealer and we made our selection of the new ones, all stainless steel so very nice. About four days after we selected the granite for our counter tops, Greg informed us that they were ready to install and so the installer came in and removed the old counter tops and sink and installed the new counter tops and new sink it took about four or five hours and they did an excellence job installing the counter tops and sink. The next day Greg's plumber came in and installed the faucet and the new disposal, another great job was done. I ordered the appliances from his suggested dealer and he then made arrangements for their delivery. Next was the removal of the old floor in the kitchen and half-bath which was a hard job but done very efficiently by Greg's crew and with the supervision of Dyer Rothrock the assistant project manager which Greg had introduced us to prior to the removal of the old floor, The floor was gone and all the construction trash was hauled away. Then the crew came in and set the base for the new tile. The new tile was expertly set and grouted in about two days, the workers were very exact and showed much skill, a fine job was done. New baseboard and molding was set and painted and looks very good. A new water line had to be run for the icemaker in the fridge as the old one never had one, again a excellent job by Greg's plumber. He also installed the new dishwasher and range hood and Dyer came by to check on the progress, which was going well. The new appliances were in place and working, the tile was sealed and everything was great. The MW construction crew with Greg and Dyer did a excellent job, All the workers were very skilled and courteous always making sure that were they walked was covered as not to soil anything. The job was finished and completed in a good time frame and was done with great care and respect. Awesome job !!
Description of Work: Removed old counter tops. Replaced counter tops with new granite tops. Put in new tile back splash. Removed old floor in kitchen and half bath.Installed new porcelain tile floors in kitchen and half bath. Installed new appliances , electric stove, range hood, dishwasher and refer. Hauled away all old appliances.
They were great. Greg, Byron and Dyer were all very responsive and professional. They answered phone calls and e-mails immediately. When a vendor caused a delay, they would make accomodations in the schedule. I have already recommended them to friends. I can't say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: MW Construction gutted all 4 bathrooms and the kitchen. They took down the wall in between the kitchen and dining room, remodeled the kitchen and all bathrooms, built out a room in the basement, built a large toy closet that is recessed into the wall, painted the entire interior of the house, changed out the lighting, carpeted the stairs, reconfigured the master bath and master bedroom closet, changed out the closet doors in the other bedrooms, enlarged a closet in the front hall and installed the appliances. They did all of this in about 6 weeks.
The project went amazingly well from start to finish. The operations manager is amazing. He is very responsive and accommodating. He went with me to pick out tile, etc. From day one I was comfortable with MW's employees. They have their own employees. The guys were very, very polite and very clean. I got stuck out of town during Sandy and they checked on the house for me, fixed my fence that was knocked down by a tree limb. My main contact was stuck out of town also so the other guys filled in during this time.
Description of Work: I had significant water damage in my basement. MW removed the existing floors, paneling, carpeting, bathroom fixtures, tile, drop ceiling, existing drywall and framing to begin with. They then put up new walls and ceiling, interior doors, painted, fully remodeled the bathroom with ceramic tile flooring and shower enclosure, new vanity, new toilet, new accessories and brought all of the plumbing and electric up to code. They laid new flooring in the basement and in my kitchen, fixed a leak in my shower upstairs, repaired my roof around the chimney, and installed new gutters.
