Everyone from the project manager (Carl) to the foreman (Edgar) & his crew and the various service technicians were first-rate professionals. At every step of the way, quality was apparent especially in their attention to detail. For example, the foreman & his crew displayed true craftsmanship in all aspects of building our new room by taking the time to complete each phase of the job with exceptional distinction. The multiple cuts of the shoe molding in our room shows an exceptional sense of pride and talent that speaks highly of the entire Mark Meredith team. Most of all, the crew made the effort to move existing power, sprinkler and internet lines out of the way to ensure no disruption to our property or home life occurred during the entire 10 weeks. Their response to our initial call was fast. We had a leak so getting prompt service was very important to us. Quote was straight forward with options. Carl, Dago and the crew were great! Workers were very professional and considerate, always arrived as scheduled, and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Our old wooden deck was rotting and in need of rehab. Carl gave us an estimate to replace all the deck surface boards with a qualification that depended on the amount of rot we had in the old posts supporting the deck. Fortunately only a few required replacement and we did want the job to be done correctly. We also wanted a new sliding glass door to go along with our resurfaced deck. Saul and his helpers did the work on the deck and installed the door. These guys were great and made every effort to do the work professionally. They paid attention to details and did not hesitate in making corrections where necessary and to redo instead of covering up when necessary. The extra effort left us with a brand new look in our back yard and we could not be happier. I also know from past experience that if we find anything wrong with the work that Mark Meredith, LLC will send a crew to make it right.

I feel so lucky that we were linked up with Carl at Mark Meredith LLC. We got completely crushed on a home inspection and had 30 days to make our closing. If not, there goes our dream home we were trying to buy. Carl showed up the same day I contacted him and looked at the deck which was what I had originally wanted a quote for. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable! I think he has the Fairfax County building code memorized. He gave us a very competitive quote, so we decided to get his opinion on all the other items on our inspection list. Their trucks say "we do everything" and man - that is so true!!! He went through item by item and if something was fine (home inspectors have no idea what they're talking about sometimes), he gave us a written explanation why it was fine. One by one, each item was ticked off in record time. Without a doubt, we would have never gotten to close on our home in 30 days without Carl. His crew was so fast and they are true tradesmen! The work working was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. If we weren't selling and moving this company would be our go-to for all future home projects. Hoping we can find another Carl in our next area!

Mark Meredith and his team did a great job on our home repairs. We had a problem that caused water damage to our porch. Mark worked with us to investigate the root causes of the water damage and proposed solutions. He fixed the damage and fixed made changes to prevent problems in the future. He also installed a new fan on the porch, an outdoor handrail, and did interior plastering, painting and repairs in the bathroom. The work was done quickly and we felt it was high quality. We would work with him again.

Finally found the ideal contractor. Dealing with Mark was a pleasure - he immediately understood the problem, schedule and method, and he formulated a practical solution. No drama or uncertainty - just quick and to-the-point action. The guys arrived as planned and worked together safely and quickly. Workmanship was top-notch and the pricing was very fair. The work was difficult eave work and required working at great height from uneven ground and in unbearable heat. But they performed the work like a ballet. They were in/out quick and left the site cleaner than when they came in. The guys are long-time company employees, not subcontractors, affable and each are craftsmen. They arrived in Mark Meridith LLC company vehicles and all were wearing company-marked work shirts. The company is well supplied with up-to-date and maintained tooling. The workers were all briefed beforehand on the work needed, site difficulties, etc, and went right to work without my needing to re-explain. . The company is DPOR licensed and fully insured. Communications were excellent. We can recommend without hesitation and we are already planning to soon use MM LLC again for another project.

Replaced roof; painted 80% of interior house and exterior white trim; lifted/leveled deck, assessed for rotted wood, and stained; re-aligned tall vertical wood privacy wall and stained; power washed exterior; fixed creaky wood floorboards under carpet; fixed exterior rusted iron railings and wooden railing inside house; repaired highly damaged closet wall and re-hung shelving; re-finished wood floors and stained; re-stained nicked wooden bathroom vanities for fresh look; replaced 3 exteriors doors with new framings that included a set of French doors; poured concrete slab for large A/C unit that needed new foundation; prepared driveway for full asphalt replacement by creatively leveling and protecting a small, sunken embedded emergency drain pipe in the driveway; discovered and repaired disconnected dryer vent pipes in the wall and replaced drywall; replaced rotted wood on front porch portico; and repaired cement cracks in the masonry located on the front facade of the home.

We had a problem with improperly installed Hardy Board Siding. I have been concerned watching some of the boards starting to warp. Concern became worry this past fall when one of the boards separated from the exterior wall. We contacted Mark Meredith, LLC and they sent Carl Walsh who patiently explained what was happening and proposed estimates to fix it. We could have spent less money on the fix to our current problem but decided to go all the way by doing what should have been done when the siding was originally installed. Dago led a crew of very competent workers and we could not be happier with the finished product. This old house will have needs in the future and Mark Meredith, LLC will be the first call I make.

I had a burst pipe on Christmas Day. Mark was able to come out and assess the damage and walked me through what he and his crew were going to be able to do starting that upcoming Tuesday. I will say that everyone that works for Mark is professional and they are very careful about cleanup and making sure that nothing gets damaged. My latest project included: water and mold remediation, new pipes, new outside spigots, new drywall, baseboard, crown molding, and painting. Mark's crew put all of my furniture back where it was and then even hung back up my curtains.

Mark was very helpful and patient throughout the initial assessment process. Once work was agreed to, he and his crew showed up when he said they would and took care of business. Will call again!
