Mark Meredith

Mark came by within two days to walk me through a few projects that I needed separate quotes for. He took the time to explain all the steps to me and sent a quote within a couple of days. Dago was the lead on rehabbing our front door. We had a lot of the old paint stripped off, had a new door knob installed and had it painted. Dago kept my house spotless during the entire process! We will definitely be calling Mark for another project and recommend him to others.

It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. We hired them for a variety of home improvement projects including replacing the exterior window framing, installing a new front door, putting a vent in the kitchen, adding an outdoor electrical outlet, and repairing drywall/painting in the garage and living room. Mark came out right away to give an estimate and was able to start work the following week. Christian and the crew were professional and easy to work with. They did quality work in a short period of time. While they were working we added several items to our "wish list" and they were able to accommodate our new requests and still finish on time. We would definitely hire them again for other home repair needs.

I have used Mark many times over the past 15 years, but usually for smaller projects. This was a full kitchen remodel where we first contacted him in November 2021 with the intention of starting the actual demo/remodel in Spring 2022. He provided us with some insights on what to plan for, as well as some designers to consider. While we used a designer for the initial, rough design, we knew we were going to ask Mark for a custom built triangular corner cabinet. The demo work started late Spring 2022. Cristian, Mark's foreman for the project, was excellent the entire way. He always made it clear what the next step was going to be, and why. We had the floor raised and leveled and Cristian ended up suggesting a wall versus just poles and new footers, because of the way our floor joists were constructed. This also allowed them to add shelves in the basement for us, which was an unexpected bonus. They then demoed the entire kitchen, including the old-plaster ceiling and reframed everything to be square and level. Then Christian laid out the entire cabinet design since we contracted Mark to custom build all the cabinets for the kitchen instead of just the one corner unit. It was a good thing we did, because when he did that he noticed several design errors from the designer that would have been problematic if we had bought pre-built cabinets. However, Cristian was able to simply adapt the design on the fly and keep the kitchen looking great (Mark took lots of pictures during the process, so should be available on his website). The project took close to 8 weeks from start of demolition to completion and we were extremely pleased with them the entire way. Cristian and his crew were always extremely attentive to details and always willing to work with us if we had questions or design thoughts (including discussing any merits or negatives of our thoughts, in case we were overthinking things!). We wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again and plan on having them back soon to do at least one bathroom remodel, as Marks' crews can handle electrical, plumbing, siding, etc. with no problems.

I have used them before. Owner and workers are friendly and loved my dogs. The owner stands behind his work and has really good workers. They were on the job 5 days and they did a great job as usual. I had my deck cleaned and sealed, concrete removed and replaced, rotten wood around windows removed and replaced and a lot of misc stuff.

Everyone was prompt and efficient in redoing my front porch and walkway, from jackhammering out the old concrete and bricks, cleanup, and installation of the new materials. Everything looks brand new again. Iâ d hire Mark Meredith and his crew again in a heartbeat.

Mark's crew did a superb job installing new gable vent covers and closing seams and gaps between the roof rakeboards and the exterior walls of the house. This work was performed to prevent rodent entry into the house. The crew was very professional, courteous, and diligent in their work performance. The crew chief kept us informed about the progress of the work throughout the project, and Mark came out at the beginning and end of the work to ensure we were satisfied with the project plan and the results of the work. I certainly recommend Mark Meredith, LLC for a variety of jobs around a house. I intend to call the company back in the near future for other projects around the house.

The company (Carl Walsh and Lisa) were quick to get back to us with an estimate and scheduled the work requested right away. The crew did an amazing job replacing the trim and adding aluminum wrap on 3 windows, completing the work in only 3 hours. The estimator suggested further repairs/replacement, which we'll schedule later this summer. Mark Meredith is a great company and we're very pleased we chose them!

His team was AWESOME - the foreman, Christian, was so helpful and patient with me, and all of the guys on the crew were hardworking, respectful of my home, and very nice. They completed the project on time and on budget, and left the house clean every night. I have done a ton of projects on our home and will never use anyone else again! Looking forward to working with him and his team again.

From on-site to cleanup was excellent. Omar and Dago's crew were extremely professional and courteous. The craftsmanship of our cabinets are outstanding.

I would highly recommend Mark Meredith LLC, based on experience with clarity as to scope of projects, time parameters, quality of service and cleanliness at end of work. I cannot objectively assess value-for-money, but think that the quality probably justified the expense.

Great work replacing a carport ceiling. Mark was very responsive and provided an estimate quickly. He offered good advice and clear explanations as they were working, and his team did a great job. Everyone was professional, the work looks great, they tidied everything up at the end of each work day, and two of the more senior guys spent a good bit of time on the last day double-checking all of the details. They'll be my first call for our next project.
