After a windstorm, we needed to quickly find a company to repair the pieces of siding that blew off of our home. I searched the internet for "best siding repair in Fairfax". I wanted to use a small, locally owned business and I chose Mark Meredith, LLC showing a 5-star rating. I spoke with Carl Walsh, who arranged to come to our home the same day. He called me when he was en route, arrived in a timely manner, evaluated and explained the needed repairs, and completed the job in about a half-hour. Mr. Walsh was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company.

Call-back time from day of quote request to quote visit was minimal. Carl came out off hours to accommodate my schedule and provided excellent advice and a fair quote. The quote was a touch higher than 2 others that I received but when looking over the finished product I was happy that I made the selection of this company. They provided a very detailed plan and let me know who would be on site and doing the work. Extremely good customer service (very important to me!) great tradesmen for the job, and a very nice finished product. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again.

We needed to have a few small jobs done (shutter replacement, front door wood rot repair, replacement of outdoor lights). Mark was very responsive and came to do a quote by the next day. His team arrived on time, were very professional and did an excellent and thorough job. In fact, they went “above and beyond” when it came to one of the lights that was broken. I also appreciated the fact that I was given an explanation for the way in which the work was proceeding. We would definitely recommend them!

I would highly recommend the Mark Meredith team. At my house, their work was excellent, they showed me everything they were doing (they even sent me pictures of the work in progress that I viewed while at work), broke down the cost of the job, and were punctual and polite. The work was during a wet spell and they were in frequent contact via email discussing with me days that looked like they were going to be 'dry' and that would work for me. I am going to hire them for some additional projects.

A lot of rain this year! I developed a leak in my dining room. I called and Carl came and gave me an estimate the very next day. He made sure that my roof was patched until they could begin construction. He and his team finished ahead of schedule, kept me informed during the entire replacement process, I just can't say enough good things about this company!

I called at least 10 roof repair places in the NOVA area, barely any answered. After leaving a bunch of messages and filling out a bunch of forms, Carl from Mark Meredith answered on the first call, said he'd come over the same day to provide an estimate (he did), and although he said he'd fix it the next evening, he actually came the next morning. Fixed it quick, sent me photos and even did me a favor while he was up there (got a bees nest out of the gable corner). Looks like quality work, reasonable price, no issues. Professional.
