Amazing. Professional. Clean. Really nice guys. They moved furniture, paintings, everything - they took exceptional care of our treasures. They covered what was in the area where dust would accumulated and placed plastic to block other rooms. They cleaned up the dust and also cleaned all the crystal (an extra request) on the chandeliers. When I returned home, I had amazing floors and very little dust to clean.

I will absolutely hire Marcin and Magniflooring again! This job was to add wood flooring to a small area in the kitchen. I'm currently remodeling my kitchen -- and I'm the general contractor. So my kitchen floor is a 20-year old oak, and when the old stove/range was removed, that spot showed the original vinyl flooring. Who wants to see that under a new Viking range?! I sent an email blast out to the top-rated wood flooring companies on Angie's List. Marcin's was the first reply, and he said he could be out first thing in the morning to take a look. Meanwhile, a few other replies came back over the next 24 hours, most saying the job was too smail, or referring me to look at their website, yawn . . . Marcin was prompt, very professional, did beautiful work, and kept a very clean workspace in my home. I also asked him to fix a funky part of the basement carpeting where a handyman had messed it up. You just won't believe how fast he works, and how smart and professional he is. After this kitchen remodel, I'll definitely hire him to refinish the rest of my wood flooring.

We were in the process of redoing our dinning room and elected to refinish the floor. We worried because put whole top floor is hardwood and everyone said to do the whole thing or it would look bad. This was no problem for these guys! We will have them back this summer to do the rest of the floors! Such beautiful work.

Started on time , installed 3 staircases with Bella wood and an upstairs hall and base moulding. Excellent workmanship and they clearly have a pride in their skills. It took 2 days. My house was left immaculate. Would highly recommend. On another subject we chose red oak select Bellawood from LL and its just perfect

We struggled to find a contractor who would take care of our unusually complicated, but small, problem involving a powder room and crawlspace access panel. We heard every excuse from large and small contractors; but Marcin tackled our project without hesitation. He was friendly, smart, punctual, and an expert craftsman. We called him for an estimate, and he came out that day to do it. He ripped out water-damaged flooring, replaced with new hardwood, and designed a removable crawlspace access panel in our closet. It is literally impossible to tell where the old floor ends and the new floor starts. His design for the crawlspace panel was intelligent and aesthetically pleasing. It is very high quality work. My wife and I are a worrisome pair, but Marcin answered absolutely all of our questions succinctly and efficiently. He gives straight answers, and we appreciated him taking the time to answer our questions. He came to our home a total of four times between initial estimate and completion of project, and he was always on time. The final price matched the estimate exactly, and we could not be more satisfied with Marcin and Magni Flooring?s work. We highly recommended him and his team.

Marcin (owner) was very responsive not only in providing an estimate, but in taking my calls with questions before I had made up my mind. His team was professional, clean and very careful about my house. The floors are beautiful and they accomplished the work in exactly the time frame they estimated. Their price was considerable lower than two other estimates. They're great -- use them.

Marcin and his crew were amazing. He contacted me immediately when I emailed regarding the floors. He was super flexible in coming out to give us an estimate and was able to begin work within a week. His estimate was completely reasonable (and competitive compared to other estimates we received). Marcin and his crew showed up early and clearly worked efficiently, because the floors and stairs were done in one day. They had to come back the next day to trim and finish the stairs, but the time it took them to do an amazing job is incredible - I was very surprised they were done so quickly. He was reasonable with his estimate on how long it would take, and they got the job done much quicker than his estimate. These guys are incredibly professional, very flexible and do an amazing job. We could not be happier with the result! I will be recommending them to my friends and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I was thrilled by the work performed by Magni.They were busy but arranged to come for an estimate within a very short time period after my initial call. They provided an estimate on the spot, and pointed out a radiator issue that other estimators missed and quoted me a a very reasonable cost. They arrived early(!) the first day and performed the work in 1/3 the time of other estimates. I was especially grateful for the flexibility and focus they showed when my plumber (radiator) showed up late and wee extremely helpful and responsive in every way. Hire these guys!

They started at the exact time they said. He explained to me what he thought was necessary to do and he worked within my budget for the project to give me the best results. I am thrilled with my floors, they are absolutely beautiful.

Marcin provided an estimate over the phone, then provided another estimate in person. The in-person estimate was higher by about $300, but at least he didn't charge me to come out to provide it. He was still less expensive than two other contractors I contacted so I hired him. He did the job in only three days (not the estimated four days). He brought several stain samples and we picked a color we liked. The finished job looked good. However, a short time later we got some mysterious scratches. Since we had been delicate/careful with the floor, and had waited until it was thoroughly dry (about a week) to use it, this was perplexing. Perhaps a thicker coat of poly by Marcin would have solved this problem? Also, when he left there were several scratches/marks in the floor. These were probably already there (as in, he probably did not cause these). However, he could have fixed the problem by putting some wood filler in the scratches after he finished but he did not. One more thing - he very rarely arrived when he said he was going to. He would say he'd come at 7am, then change it to 9:30am that morning, and then not actually get there until almost 11am. He wanted us to give him a key so he could let himself in, which we did. However, this made us unable to supervise any of the work to ensure that he applied all three coats of polyurethane. For example, after we gave him the key he said he would come at about 2pm to begin work, then when we arrived at 2:30pm he said he had already been there and finished at 11am. And one more thing - be prepared for floor dust to get everywhere. It will be on your walls and your windows, and require wiping (not just dusting) to remove it. This was not a problem for us since we hadn't moved into our house yet and thus did not have to clean off our stuff, just our walls/windows. However, I'm willing to do a little cleaning if it means getting a cheaper price.

Marcin Toroj, owner of Magni Flooring, and his assistant performed the work. They were on-time each day, worked continuously, and were professional and courteous at all times. The floors look great and the price was reasonable. We will be calling Marcin back when we are ready to do a major floor replacement in the family room.

Marcine and his team did a fantastic job. They completely refinished two levels of hardwood flooring. They're prices were good. They were efficient, courtesy and were good with customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Overall the service was great. Everything went off without any problems. I really liked the way I was consulted and the advice I was given. I need the hardwood flooring refinished quickly. He was the only person that was able to start on the floor after two days of his estimate. The quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism was outstanding. He was a little on the high side but he was willing to complete the job quickly. He did not give us a written contract.

They did an incredible job refinishing our hardwood floors at a VERY competitive price. They were great to work with, very friendly, on-time, and professional. We will definitely hire then again the next time we need to have floors refinished. Totally recommended!!!

It all went very smoothly and on schedule. I contacted Magni Flooring to receive a bid for refinishing my hardwood floors. Marcin, the owner, gave me an estimate over the phone, and then came to the house to take measurements and refine the estimate. What he told me on the spot was very much in line with what he said over the phone. We agreed the exact date and time to do the job. On the designated date, Marcin came exactly on time with his service men, and the work began. They protected my home from dust with plastic sheets. Marcin was attentive to details, and politely answered all my questions about what they were doing - it was a pleasure talking with him. The work was completed very much in line with the agreed schedule, and with high quality. Based on my experience, I can recommend Magni Flooring to my friends, and will use their services again should I need them.
