They sanded, stained and clear coated living room, hall, stairs, and 3 bedrooms in 4 days. The floors are gorgeous. Highly recommend this company.

Marcin showed up to provide estimate as agreed. His estimate was comparable to others I had received and slightly better when he applied his Angies List discount. His crew showed up on time and the job took the 3 days Marcin had estimated. The hardwood floors in 4 rooms and the stairs were original to the 1918 build with the 5th room installed during a 1951 construction of an addition. Marcin assured me that the floors were in excellent shape for their age, explained to me how variations of color in some areas were due to light from windows over the years, possible water damage, etc. The result of his work is phenomenal. Everyone who has seen them has been impressed and several asked me for name of company that did the work. When I decided to list thevhouse for sale last week, the realtor asked who had done the work and advised that the newly refinished floors would be one of the best selling features. Marcin and crew did a truly excellent job on the floors in this almost 100 year old house, exercising care along what were newly painted walls and baseboards. His price was a good value and I would highly recommend considering Magni Flooring for similar projects.

Marcin and his assistants were excellent. From start to finish, this was a really pleasant, high-quality transaction. They were punctual, knowledgable and provided great craftsmanship. The new floor looks beautiful and the area they patched (which was completely rotted out underneath) matches perfectly with its surroundings & is very solid. I would hire Marcin again without hesitation and have already recommended him highly.

Marcin and his team were incredible. I had a scheduling challenge and needed to get someone in to do floors asap. Marcin had given me an estimate weeks before but was able to accommodate my timing and started work two days after I contacted him to see if we could move forward. His pricing was in line with other estimates I received. His team was punctual and professional - moved furniture, protected items, helped me select a stain color to achieve the look I wanted, made tremendous progress each day, and finished about 1300 square feet of space in 5 days. Marcin was terrific about communicating what would happen when, answering my many questions, and was really hands on in supervising progress. The floors are beautiful. I couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend Magni to anyone.

The entire project went very well. Provider came exactly when we agreed to meet for both the estimate appointment and to perform work. There were areas of flooring that had been badly damaged by pets, and also had undergone a previous refinishing. This left some areas very thin and the pet damage was still visible and extensive. The floor is in an older mid-century home, and the oak strips were an unusual width. Unlike other companies that came to assess the areas, Mr. Toroj (the owner of Magni Flooring) was familiar with this type of flooring, knew where to obtain replacement stock for the damaged areas, and did not seem overwhelmed by the project. The end result is beautiful. You simply cannot tell where the damaged areas had been, and the overall color and finish is perfect. I am extremely happy that I found this company. I would use them again, and recommend them highly.

Marcin the owner was at our house every day and called us after each day to let us know how things were going. The floors look beautiful. We would definitely use them again.

Marcin and his team arrived on time, were professional and did the work in the agreed upon time frame. He moved furniture to different sides of the house to handle the entire job in a couple of steps which was a real bonus for us. The price was fair.

HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was in rush to have my floors done. After consulting Angie's List I chose Magni Flooring because they have a good number of reviews and they were the only company I reviewed that had straight A's and I probably looked at 30 or more from the list. After working with Marcin, the owner, it's easy to understand why he has a perfect score. From my first phone call to completion of the work, he always responded immediately, he was on time every time, he explained what he was doing, answered my many questions and was completely professional. In addition my floors are beautiful! They are At least 64 years old with many gouges and damage from what I suspect was a prior homeowner's DIY project. My floors have been restored, not just refinished. I brought one small issue to Marcin's attention and he took care of it immediately. I am picky by most standards and this is one of the most painless contractor experiences I've ever had. So I say again, hire this co.!

Great! They did the work while we were out of town. The floors look great! They left everything clean and moved all the furniture back.

From the estimate to the completion of the project, it went extremely well. Marcin, the owner, and his crew were right on time to begin the job. Considering the need to have everything moved off the upper level, we handed over a key to Marcin and went camping for the period of work. Although I stopped back a couple of times during the project, it wouldn't have been necessary, since Marcin was right on top of the entire project. We had all the rooms repainted and new baseboard installed prior to the flooring being finished, and there was little to no touch up required to the baseboards as a result of the sanding procedure, enforcing the fact that Marcin and crew are very conscientious in their work. One of the times I stopped over was during the sanding process, as I was curious to see how that worked. I expected dust, but for the most part, the entire area was in great shape. The sanders have a vacuum attached so the majority of the dust goes as the sanding takes place. When installing the shoe mold, Marcin was very capable and creative in working around a couple of issues we had due to the way phone line came into the bedroom, and the way the cabling for TV was positioned. My handicapped daughter uses a walker and, and upon returning home, her sliding across the floor, put some slight scratches on the floor. Marcin was kind enough, and knew we wanted a 'perfect' job, so he came back and remedied the scratches. It's inevitable that you will get scratches but we were just upset that it happened so soon. He had it fixed up in a heartbeat. While here, he also resolved a couple of spots on the steps that appeared as though someone walked on them in stocking feet while they were still a little damp. One spot, although periodically obvious, remains. That spot didn't get fixed because my wife could see it, but Marcin couldn't see it at the time of his repair due to the way the sun was shining on it. As I said, it is still present, but only when the sun is shining through the front door at the right angle. All in all, a very satisfactory performance and we will not hesitate to use Marcin in the future.

Marcin and his team of people were fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone! Marcin was willing to negotiate on pricing, and very appreciative of the business (which was a refreshing change from some other people we've been working with). He was easily accessible via phone and email, which was very helpful throughout the process. They were flexible and willing start our project almost immediately, AND able to work around other projects we had going on in the house. What a relief as we were trying to renovate and move into our new home! They left extra shoe molding for our contractors to finish up with, and even came back to install more, free of charge, when I called to request a bit more. They were very honest, and I felt very comfortable leaving our key for them. All and all, this is a great local company, with a great owner! I'd be very happy to work with them again!

This is the second time I use Magni Flooring in the past few months in my home (for different rooms) and I am just as pleased as I was the first time! Marcin and his associates are punctual, professional and the workmanship is of very high quality! I have used floor refinishers on two occasions in the past in a different home and Magni Flooring was comparatively much better. Marcin always shows up exactly at the time he says he will and he returns phone calls or emails very quickly. For this particular job I had to have several damaged floor boards replaced and they did a fantastic job of blending old with new. One can't even tell where the old ends and the new begins! The floors were in very rough shape due to prior construction that we had to do on the walls and now the floors look brand new. The stain is exactly what I wanted and is evenly applied. I very highly recommend this company. If the need arises, I would definitely use them again in the future.

On the day of installation, Marcin and crew were extreme;y punctual and got to work moving furniture. The floor was efficiently and professionally installed. Afterwards they offered to help move the smaller pieces of furniture that I had moved out. I am very happy with the new floors and service that Magni provided. If the need arises, I'd use them again.

Magni Flooring was always punctual. They did great work and cleaned up at the end of each day. They are the only contractor that has ever come back after the final payment to finish touch-up work, because another contractor hadn?t finished before the floors were completed. I would recommend Marcin and his crew to anyone who needed hardwood floors. I only gave him a B on price, because I had no estimates to compare his price with.

I called Marcin on 8/16/2013 and he came that same day. He told me what he wood do and gave an acceptable estimate and said he could start the work the following Wednesday. He and a helper arrived on time on Wednesday and sanded the floor and applied a sealer and after a proper drying time applied one coat of polyurethane. The next day he came on time and applied the final coat of polyurethane. Marcin and his helper were very professional, did an excellent job, protected items that needed protection, and cleaned up and vacuumed when necessary. The floor looks beautiful.

The owner worked with us to do the work in 2 parts. Two rooms at a time. We moved all furniture (although he offered) and he was provided a key for entry. We'd timed the work so that we were out of town each time. When we were there; the workers showed up early and cleaned up after themselves. We saw a little bit of dust around the stairs and rooms, but that is to be expected with the sand and finish. His work is superior to what the builder provided...but that's also expected considering the builder. Price was about the same as the other companies. I liked his knowledge, quality and responsiveness and would use him again.

Marcin and his team did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors. We discovered red pine after ripping out old green carpet and Magni Flooring made our floors into a show piece for our home. We had them repair all old pieces of wood, and match them to the original pine we had. They then sanded down everything, and put a varnish over them. We are so happy with our floors. Thank you Magni Flooring! I highly recommend these folks. Beautiful craftsmanship.

Marcin, the owner, returned my phone message promptly and set up a date to measure. He was on time, very pleasant and very helpful. I trusted him so much from the Angie's List recommendations that I gave him a key to the house, paid him and asked that he do the job while we were on vacation. As expected, there were no problems and his crew did a fantastic job. There were several problem areas that were fixed beautifully. I highly recommend this company.

Marcin was great to work with. He was extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. He was able to provide us a quote within a day at a fair price, and worked around our schedule to complete the work within 2 weeks before we moved into our new house. Floors look great, and very happy we called Marcin.

Marcin, the owner, was absolutely great to work with. He replied to my emails very quickly. He showed up right on time for the estimate appointment. He was able to calculate an estimate during the appointment and provided an explanation for everything he would be doing. I did hire his company to do the work. When I explained to him what I was looking for in a stain color, he was able to do exactly what I wanted. Marcin was always on site and did the work along with two others. All were hard working and very professional. They always showed up for work exactly when they said they would be there and let me know when they were leaving so I could lock up if need be. This job took a week and I extremely pleased with the outcome! I would hire again in a heart beat.

He was flexible in meeting, used proper ventilation and finished right on time. Marcin did exactly what he said he was going to do and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Our floors had not been refinished for about 30 years and now they look like new. It was a great experience.

Marcin and his team were extremely professional. They performed an excellent job and our new hardwood stairs are beautiful. Due to the nature of our staircases, the job was highty labor-intensive and they performed a wonderfully. Marcin is an Old World craftsman and it shows with his skill. I received 3 estimates before deciding to go with Magni Flooring. From my first interaction with Marcin, the owner, it was a positive experience. I didn't have to wait long for him to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived on time and provided me with an itemized cost estimate. I elected to pull up the old flooring myself to save money and he had no problem with that. He dropped off the new flooring at my house 3 days before the installation so they could adjust to the temperature in my house. The installation. Marcin was onsite from start to finish and he completed the job on schedule. He even made a Home Depot run for me to replace a damaged kick tote on my cabinets. As someone who seeks perfection in my he improvement projects I was impressed with the end result.
