Description of Work: Marcin and his crew were extremely professional throughout our flooring project, from estimate to completion. They removed a rug and refinished hardwoods underneath in the family room and installed hardwood flooring in our bedroom after removing that rug. The results: incredible. I still can't get over how beautiful the floors are. I feel like my house was in one of those home improvement shows. We moved out for the week (went on vacation) and returned to a very clean home, with all furniture put back in place. Top notch work.

Description of Work: I looked up several companies on your list and chose the ones who not only were given and A, but also had your outstanding award for service. It was a Sunday and I contacted each one with an email and didn't expect one back before Monday. Magni flooring called within five to ten minutes of receiving my email and we set up a date that coming week for the free estimate. Marcin, the owner of the company, was courteous, professional and informative. He did an an estimate right there on the spot after seeing the space and hearing what I wanted in terms of a wood product, (I had done a lot of research about what I wanted). He answered all my questions that day and when I had further questions and would email him in the morning he always responded by the end of the day (evening) with his answers. If I called to clarify something he would either answer or call me back within a resonable amount of time. He honored his word, he did what he said he was going to do in the time he said he was going to do it, at a price that I felt was fair and resonable. His estimate was almost $900 less then the other two companies who responded from the seven I had chosen, and the five I had emailed from your list. I have another room that I want to have wood flooring installed, and I will defineltly contract to have Marcin's company of Magni Flooring complete that job. I have no hesitation in highly recomending Magni Flooring to anyone. They did an outstanding job on all aspects of the experience.

Description of Work: The services preformed by MAGNI flooring consisted of refinishing the existing hardwood floors on the main level of my house in Alexandria. Additionally, the “shoe molding” or “quarter round” molding was also replaced.
