It's been years ago, but we no longer use the. They did the heating and air check ups. Be careful because they will try to scam you and tell you things you don't need.

Dustin from ME Flow was great. He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and the ramifications for every issue he found, and for the one fault I decided to have fixed at that time, he did the work immediately and quickly. I will definitely call him and ME Flow again for any future service on our system.

They are really good. I was very pleased with them. They were very thorough, and reasonably priced. I had a special through them. My son recommended them, and I always get packets in the mail. I went through them and found the coupon for them. I called them and mentioned the coupon, and they gave me the special price. I think it was $65 or $69 dollars. They were on time and everything. I was very pleased with them.

They tried to be competitive price wise, but we ended up paying more than another competitor. The reason why we chose them is because of their stellar reviews, which they did live up to. We ran into an issue, which is to be expected when you are getting rid of a 20+ year old HVAC system. They were very transparent about the entire process. My one problem was the installation took longer than expected, which made sense because of the little hiccup we ran into. However, they were suppose to call me the next day to schedule a date to finish the installation and never did. So I ended up calling them to schedule and then a cancelation, which was very understandable (someone got hurt on the job and they didn't have anyone available to finish our install). It took an additional 2 weeks for the job to be finished, which wasn't a big deal because they only had to finish the furnace that wasn't needed since we were in the middle of summer. During those 2 weeks they were incredibly apologetic and responsive, which I do appreciate as many other businesses tend to skirt these issues. Overall, we are very happy with the job that was done, the new system they recommended, and the customer service provided.

Alex Jernegan arrived during the expected time window and spend over 2 hours inspecting, cleaning, and explaining both what he was doing and his concerns. Not surprisingly, he noted significant strain on the A/C unit due to the weather, but also due to age, corrosion, and coatings of dust & dirt on the unit components. He was able to show me what needed to be cleaned, replaced, and recharged. He noted that before doing anything we needed a leak check. Based on the leak check, there could be an expensive repair (a couple thousand dollars) or a really expensive repair (over $4,000). And there was still a lot of inexpensive, but costly (up to a thousand dollars) when added up, repairs. We expected the A/C unit might be nearing its end of life, so this was not surprising and we now have a sales rep coming our way. Alex doesn't get a commission, but he did a really good job for us.

Great! Tech discovered leak in drain line to ductless system on 2nd floor & repaired effectively/quickly/inexpensively. The technician, Jesus, was courteous, experienced, worked quickly, cleaned up beautifully & left my systems in tip-top condition to take on the up-coming season. Couldn't be more pleased.

Extremely well Arturo and Moses did an outstanding job, they were professions and courteous. I have decided to use M.E. Flow for all of our HVAC needs.

Technician was pleasant and professional. He treated us and our home with respect and performed the tune up on our AC efficiently and clearly knew what he was doing. I will definitely use their services again.

Milton arrived at our home on schedule. He removed the existing clean-out taking care not to expose our home to any contaminants from the waste pipe. After installing the new fittings, he cleaned up all trash and removed it to his vehicle. I had some additional questions regarding the installation of a water line for a new refrigerator. He was very helpful and shared his experience with how to secure the water line to prevent problems where the copper connected with the stainless steel line of the refrigerator.

Sabah called me back within 5 minutes and promised a technician would be at my house first thing in the morning. The technician, Kevin was 5 minutes early, and easily handled replacing the hot water heater and fixing the leak. It was over and completed in less than 24 hours.

They have always done very good work. I've always been pleased with their work. I thought the prices were reasonable. I didn't do any comparison shopping though. The quality of work was great, the guy gave me some good recommendations. It's been well over a year and I have had no problems.

We have been a contract customer for them for many many years. Took a couple of hours. They do just fine at what they do, they could go cheaper but we all want that.

We are quite happy with them. We have a a regular service contract. The cost was covered by our annual contract. When I say service they came and did their inspection and made sure everything was ok, which it was.

Excellent. Two weak fuses were discovered. Although they were working, I wanted them replaced to avoid future problems. My filter was replaced, which was very dirty, and a couple of other needs with respect to cleaning (blower, etc.) were pointed out to me. I will have these items addressed in the near future. My technician was Alex and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the way. I would specifically ask for him in the future.

The technician arrived way later than expected and when I called the office the person who answered the phone was dismissive and uninformative. I called management at two different locations to provide feedback and they did not respond. When I posted my feedback online, I received a call from M.E.Flow and they refunded my money. In short: they made me whole but it took a lot of perseverance on my part.

Excellent. The technician (Alex) was comfortable having me around for most of his inspection and patiently explained what he was doing and why. When he found a problem with pitted and blackened contact points on the aux. heater strip relay, he showed them to me and recommended that they be replaced, which I okayed. He answered all my questions professionally and accurately and when he found an accumulation of dirt and dust from one of the return air ducts that I had neglected, he offered to clean and vacuum them for a minimal charge.

We're pretty happy with them. They did the winter check of the furnace and that was fine. Everything was fine. We've had others and this one is working well. We're currently with them.

It took longer because a few pipes needed to be replaced since this heater needed an exhaust larger in diameter than I had for the old water heater, which was almost 15 years old. The technician went to buy new pipes at no cost to me. I appreciated that the time was taken to do the job right. The peace of mind to have the job done right by an experienced firm is valuable and worth a few extra dollars when comparison shopping. ME Flow was also able to accommodate the installation a few days before Christmas. I had planned to replace it in the new year but was concerned with a houseful of family of running out of hot water. The technician explained to me how the new system worked, taped the instruction guide on the side of the heater (so I know where it is) and left the place spotless. Great service!

There were four workers that came out. It took them the whole day because it was the water heater and AC unit. They are actually two separate assignments so it took the whole day. It was a big job. They hauled the old water heater and old AC unit out. It was a lot of work and they did it all in about eight hours. They left the work area very clean. It was as if they were never there.

What they did was done well but cleaning out my air conditioner of the leaves and junk should have been done and wasn't. ASSURED COMFORT who was on your Honor Roll and seems to have fallen off of it did that at no charge. I rate their work as an A++.

Bottom line: Everything went fine, but the plumber didn't have the parts to make the repair on the day that he arrived and had to come back a few days later. Also, we found a bunch of debris that he hadn't cleaned up. Overall, ME Flow ably handled the problem, but they didn't do anything exceptional that would make me recommend them. If Angies List allowed me to give a C+, that's what I would give. An average plumbing job that was acceptable, but not outstanding. It was a bit disappointing since the HVAC work that they did for me earlier in the summer was fantastic (see my HVAC review). I will certainly continue to use ME Flow for HVAC work. The plumber was able to arrive promptly (even though it wasn't an emergency) and quickly provided a quote to replace the pipe. The price was a bit high ($350) given that I had already located the leak and cut the access into the drywall so that he could address the leak, though it certainly wasn't outrageous given that plumbing is a skilled trade and you have to expect to pay for that skill. My main gripe is that the plumber did not have the parts to fix the leak that day (despite an accurate description of the problem before he arrived - I had already found the exact site of the leak). I found that a bit odd since my repair was on a standard size drainpipe without any access issues. Once he had the parts, the plumber did a very nice, professional repair. After the repair was completed, we found a bunch of debris that hadn't been cleaned up. Not a big deal, but the little things matter when determining if you would hire a company again or try out a different provider.

I had also received estimates from 2 other companies and ME Flow provided the most reliable equipment (American Standard) and was a slightly lower price than the other vendors. The other vendors supplied "fancier" thermostats, but wanted $700-$1000 more, far more than could be justified by the upgraded thermostat. I appreciated that they were willing to adjust their installation packages to meet my needs and price point. Installation was quick and easy and was scheduled within a week. The only hiccup was that the installers accidentally broke a piece of spare glass that was stored near the furnace. I wouldn't have even noticed that they did had they not told me about it. I appreciated their honesty and they did a fantastic job to make sure all the glass was cleaned up. Upon inspection by the county, it was determined that a couple of locking caps were missing on the outdoor A/C condenser. ME Flow called me (I didn't even have to reach out to them) and the issue was rectified in less than 24 hours. I wouldn't hesititate to use them again and plan to use ME Flow as my HVAC servicing company going forward.
