Description of Work: I had to have a new sump pump installed. The plumber went over and above what was expected to make sure the water did not drain back into the house. He added a longer outside pipe to pump the water away from the house. I have worked with ME Flow for over 15 years and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Annual Spring A/C check up. Technician David Callahan did a terrific job, explaining everything he was doing as he went along. I was very disappointed though that ME Flow seems over the last two years to be pitching lots and lots of additional services I do not need. After great customer service-oriented work for many years, this shift to focusing more on making money off customers if extremely disappointing. If it weren't for David's professionalism, I would be looking for another company for my HVAC service.

Description of Work: NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They constantly try to convince you to buy things that you don't need. Then they do an inadequate job. It wasn't until I used Assured Comfort LLC and saw what they did for my air conditioner and furnace that the contrast became extremely striking. M.E. Flow never cleaned the inevitable leaves and mud that get in the bottom of the outdoors central air conditioner. Assured Comfort did that for me and charged me nothing for that service. The amount of muck that they cleaned out was amazing. I repeat: NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
