They were very thorough and very professional in all aspects of the work. During the initial visit and consultation, they showed me the problems with the existing AC unit and coils, reviewed a list of possible actions, and provided their recommendations. I then asked for the new units and scheduled the installation date. They arrived early on the date and installed the units in less time than the original estimate. They then tested and cycled the system for ~1 hour, re-checked for leaks, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. The technicians who performed the installation were very courteous and answered all my questions. I was extremely pleased with the final result.
Description of Work: Removed old AC unit and coils and replaced them with newer, more energy efficient units. They also connected all PVC and copper tubing, installed an EZ trap, and reconnected whole house humidifier. The new system was tested for leaks and proper operation verified.

They came & did everything. And we didn't have to have the seal on the toilet replaced because he found the real problem. It was condensation from our AC so that saved us some $ :) Although they had to remove caulking to replace the dripping faucets they didn't have caulking to reseal, & that seems like it would come hand in hand. Other then that small thing they were great.

Contacted for leaking disposal in the kitchen because of a coupon and high ratings on Angie's List. Arrived and determined needed a new disposal and quoted a price of $575. that was so over the top, I called another Angie's List provider while the technician waited. The second company guaranteed replacement - supply and labor for $275. The ME Flow technician did not care one way or another. The coupon could not be applied to the $75 service call - so that was a waste of money.

I’m sorry we weren’t able meet your needs. The price quoted was for the installation of a quality disposal with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Without knowing what product was installed, it’s difficult to know how much of the price difference was labor charges. Our rates are very competitive with similar size companies, and the guarantee behind our work comes from a company that has been in business for over 60 years. We would have applied our $75 trip charge to the installation of the disposal had you elected to have ME Flow provide that service. ME Flow is our go-to for our HVAC needs. They did not act as promptly as we would have liked on this project and they messed one thing up. But they corrected the problem quickly. Other than the time it took to get our problem solved, they were professional and courteous. If your project requires a follow up visit or quote, just be sure to make an extra phone call to make sure you are getting prompt service. Otherwise, I recommend using ME Flow.

We have had good service with them for many years. We have had a HVAC contract with them. It turned out good. Since they gave us great service we signed an annual plumbing contract. They install a water heater for us a few months ago. They are very responsive and prompt. I have been able to request particular technicians who are familiar with the unit and my house.

I also had a drippy faucet last fall and I was worried about it freezing over the winter. They turned the water off for the winter to prevent this and repaired the faucet. I was unable to get the water back on this spring. They sent someone out right away to get the faucet on for me, they were very pleasant about it. We like them and we will always call them. We have used them for years. In the past they installed the heating and AC unit.

On June 30, 2011 a system pre-season A/C inspection was performed by M.E. Flow and the system was found to be fully functional. On September 12,2O11., a very hot day less than 3 months later, we found that the A/C no longer worked. M.E. Flow troubleshot it the next day (9/13/2011) and determined that a pin hole leak in the inside A/C coil had caused all Freon to suddenly leak out rendering the system totally inoperable. The coil was replaced the following day under the terms of our 10 year parts and labor warranty. Ref. job ticket #11820. . On April 9, 2013 we experienced a day hot enough to warrant turning our A/C on for the first time this season, and much to our surprise, it did not work. On April 10 M.E. Flow troubleshot the A/C and found the coil that had been installed on 9/14/11 had also failed. The technician said the leak was large enough that he could not even install a temporary charge in the system. On April 17, 2013 M.E. Flow replaced the coil again under the terms of our 10 year parts and labor warranty, job #13698. The problem lies in that we are requesting that American Standard pay for a 6 month check of our system for the next two years due to manufacturing defects and ME Flow has not filed the necessary paperwork and warranty information with American Standard in order for them to consider our issues. American Standard also has the wrong installation date which affects the length of our warranty coverage by two years! American Standard states: There is a limited warranty date, followed by an extended warranty date The original install date shown for us is wrong, showing 10/20/2009 instead of 2010. The first coil replacement doesn?t show up in their system at all ? there is a lot of paperwork that should have been filed to document the coil replacement, and update the serial numbers for extended warranty purposes. The extended warranty application wasn?t entered by M.E. Flow until 2/9/2011, which exceeded the dealer requirement to enter the info online within 60 days of install. The second coil replacement has been ?registered?, however the follow-up paperwork has not been entered / filed yet. There are extra forms that need to be filed during the limited warranty period. Jackie at ME Flow (Leesburg) 4/29/2013 and this is what she said; · M.E. Flow had a high turnover rate prior to Dave (svc mgr), and some stuff / paperwork got messed up · M.E. Flows records show the correct 10/20/2010 install date (they don?t pull from the same database as American Standard), so no one would have noticed the 2009 / 2010 date error · She will try and fix the install date in the AS system · She will try and enter the first failed coil info from September 14, 2011 · She will try and fix the second failed coil paperwork and records · She noted that when we bought our system, the extended warranty had been bumped up to 12 years from the 10 noted on our file; she will try and get that changed to 12 year · She said she will need a couple of days, and to check back next week if she hasn?t emailed us by then (I gave her our email address) · I told her the original request was for consideration ( 2 yrs. of spring / fall checkups); She will check into that once she figures out all the paperwork· Contacted Jackie at least 4 times since then and she repeatedly says the same thing - says she has not gotten to it yet. This needs to be resolved ASAP. HELP!

My 8 year old AC unit died in the middle of a heat wave. My current HVAC service company gave me a quote but I wanted another. Called ME Flow in Leesburg, VA and they sent an estimator within the hour. Impressed. Told him I was moving in a month and needed something economical. He was willing to work with me, especially since I had a smaller than usual coil size. ME Flow gave me a quote for about $600 less than my other HVAC company. The estimator and front office staff then did their best to order the unit and get it installed within 24-hours. Impressed again. The two installers had to fit a 21 coil onto an older 17.5 unit space. They finished in 4 hours and I had cool air again. I couldn't be happier. Too bad I will only enjoy this new unit for another month before I move!

I called in the morning and had a service guy out early afternoon (same day!!) He was very knowledgeable and we are pretty sure he figured out the issue. He did not do any repairs b/c I didn't want to pay $200-900 to have the unit cleaned...we will try it ourselves and if cleaning does not work our system will need to be replaced. My only complaint is that he didn't call me until he was in my drive way and was supposed to call 15minutes out. Not a big problem, but I had my horses grazing out front so he couldn't come in the gates.

I have been a satisfied customer of ME Flow for more than 10 years. Rodney, the HVAC service manager, and his team of skilled technicians like Darren and Jason have kept my system operating at its best. When there is a problem I can always count on prompt and excellent service. My most recent issue occurred in April 2013 and all of the necessary repairs were covered under warranty. I called ME Flow when my fan stopped running on my heat pump. Someone came out SAME DAY and the house was warm and toasty no time. I was so impressed with the service I received that I signed up for the maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company. They are always extremely friendly on the phone, they get someone out super fast, and their staff are knowledgeable and courteous. 1) I have repeatedly told them that I will be at work so please receive the keys at the condominium front desk. I still get a call from ME Flow that no one is at the condo to let them in, and I had to tell them again that its Wednesday and I am at work so please pick up the keys accordingly. 2) They lose the keys for accessing to the roof so I get a call from the Condominium association that they lost the keys and they let ME Flow into my condo. Luckily they found the keys. I called up ME Flow about it saying I would at least want to know that this issue happened, and I do not plan to let them in unless I authorize. ME Flow responded that its the Association's fault for letting them into my unit. If I don't want them to go in without permission, I should tell the Condo Association. 3) I was planning to get a NEST thermostat so I was not planning to get the ME Flow thermostat. They told me that its part of the new installation for the AC unit, but they did not mention or discuss with me about this before installing the AC unit. I am very unhappy. I do not plan to commercialize them with this thermostat. 4) After coming back to my condo, I see that they left the tools in my unit with a message saying, "Everything being delivered to job. 5/10/13 Friday." I thought they completed the job on Wednesday 5/8/13, did they mean that they will finish on Friday? I called ME Flow, and they told me that "Oh, they have another job at your condo building, can you leave the tools outside of your condo unit before you leave for work?" Huh? You're using my condo as a temporary storage for your tools? Who the h*** do they think they are? Very unprofessional and ridiculous. 5) As I stated earlier, our condo has a contract so that ME Flow comes for inspection twice a year. Through the contract with the condo, they came into our condo unit for inspection, and told me that my AC unit was leaking, which is why I originally contacted them to replace the AC unit. Nonetheless, they come in once on Monday to tell my that my AC unit is leaking and charged me for the inspection of the AC unit again, and on Wednesday, they do the replacement. What's the point of having a contract with ME Flow to do the inspection when they charge you for the inspection again so they make money off of it. 6) I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but I was supposed to receive a package on Wednesday from Amazon. The delivery time is 1 PM. ME Flow was at my condo unit from 8:45 am to 4:45 pm. I come back to my condo and my package is not there. This is my first time missing a package delivered to my condo. If you live in the same condos as me, I highly recommend to not use ME Flow for their services.

My interaction with them has been good. They have very courteous technicians that come out and they are very neatly dressed when they come to do the work. They come within the time frame that they say they are going to come. So far everything has worked well with using them. Their prices were good compared to the other ones we checked.

I have used ME Flow over the years because they have a contract with my condo association for twice yearly inspections of our HVAC units. Their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of service has gone from mediocre to terrible over the years. The first job ME Flow performed for me was replacement of my HVAC unit and roof heat pump in 2005. The cost of the unit plus installation was $4000. They put a mass of unnecessary pipes under the unit which were not installed in the previous identical unit and they also failed to shore up the mangle of pipes. A few months later the pipes started sagging because there was no support and they flooded my hardwood floors. It took two years of complaining for ME Flow to finally put blocks under the pipes and in the meantime I had my humidifier turned off to make sure there would be no more leaks. ME Flow refused to pay for the repair of my floors. In addition, they installed an Aprilaire thermostat that never functioned correctly. I complained several times and they never did anything about the problem. In 2006 I used them for something much simpler, to unclog a drain in the kitchen. They pulled the pipe completely out of the wall, tried to tell me it was my fault., and wanted to charge me some huge amount of money to repair their own mistake. I called the maintenance manager for the condo who made them fix the mistake at no charge to me. I did pay them $175 for snaking the drain. I planned to never use ME Flow again after these fiascos, but my air conditioning started malfunctioning this week and I called them to fix it after calling several other companies that were swamped. Nice man on the phone told me that they would be here in the early afternoon. Told him that I'd replaced their piece of crap thermostat with a Nest Thermostat to make sure that the company would service it. When no one showed up by 2 pm I called them to find out why and they told me they never planned to be here before 5. When I complained, they told me not only wouldn't they be there until after 5, but that they would pull out my Nest thermostat charge me $214 to replace it, and then for any repairs that were needed after that! If they weren't going to show up, if they wouldn't service my thermostat, they should have told me so at the start. I am NEVER letting ME Flow into my unit again even though they have the service contract with my condo. I a Nest certified technician/air conditioning and heat contractor coming here to repair my system tomorrow, and if it all works out well I will have them come to do my twice yearly maintenance checks. They have an A rating from Angie's List so I'm crossing my fingers. I'll be reporting on that experience after the service is completed.

We had a leak in our condo unit that couldn't be found by our contractor so ME Flow was suggest to use for their plumbing. I was able to make an appointment for the same day. The gentlemen that came were fantastic. They detailed everything they were doing and why and gave me several different options of how to find the leak. They went above and beyond the service call and were incredibly helpful. When it comes time to fix the pipes that the leak is coming from (after the mold is cleared) I will most certainly be requesting the same crew.

They listened the to problem and to what I thought it was and what i didn't think it was. They then told me what they were going to do and why. They were great at explaining everything they found and what else they could do to find the leak. Before they did any cuts or any services they explained the charges and how they work. We eventually found the problem and they were very helpful with the resulting problem.

Everything got fixed and is running the way it should be. They may not always be the cheapest guy in town but they made sure the job was done right, even if they had to come back for little tweaks to make it right. We now have an annual maintenance contract with them which we never had with any company in the past. It has been well worth the money. The guys that are dispatched to our home come out of the Leesburg office and they have all been absolutely fantastic!
Description of Work: Had been having off and on A/C and heating problems even after another company had replaced both units. First it was the AC and it took a lot of work but it now works the way it was supposed to work to begin with. Later that year it was the heating and leaks in our system. Leaks were all found, repaired and system is working the way it is supposed to.

Contacted ME Flow on Saturday and left a message as it wasn't an emergency. Monday morning, ME Flow called around 7:15 to schedule an appt. for that day. The technician, Fabian, contacted me a half-hour before he planned to be there. Upon arrival, took a look at the AC unit and quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me an estimate for cost and time. As this was a rental unit, he encouraged the one-year service plan, which paid for itself after factoring in the cost of the first visit. Fabian shop vac'd the area to remove any water, completed the plumbing repairs, discussed the importance of changing filters. Upon completion, he demonstrated how the EZ trap should be cleaned periodically and suggested putting a little bleach in it. After his thoroughness...considering getting a service agreement with ME Flow for our primary residence.
Description of Work: Condensation line from Air Handler to Condensation pump was clogged. AC unit was leaking water above the panel. Tech replaced pvc from the unit to the pump. Cleaned the inside of the unit. Installed an ez trap to prevent future leaks. EZ trap shuts off the unit if water is backed up. Additionally, purchased a one year service agreement as this is a rental unit.

They will not call you back. I will not use them in the future. They used to be a good company to go with and provided top quality service. The technician quoted me prices that were too high. I called their supervisor and he said that he would be right out but I never saw him.
