I came home from work to a burst pipe - 2" of water everywhere---and I could not locate the turn off valve for the water. So I turned the power off to the well/pump. I called ME Flow and they said they would have someone out in about 30 minutes - 2 trucks arrived within 15 minutes. They fixed the pipe, showed me where the shut off valve was in the crawl space, and gave me suggestions for the future. Both guys were pleasant, professional and worked fast.

Performs semi-annual preventative maintenance on heat pump. Very professional and punctual.

Annual check of heating and cooling systems - 2 visits per year

Service was always responsive and helpful, clean and respectful of our home, provided instructions as needed for equipment. Service contract excellent!

My air conditioning unit stopped on a hot weekend. They came out and fixed it, good thing too, the connection was melted.

Replaced gas whole house forced air heater and a/c and installed Navani tankless hot water heater. Went well, but have had A/C cut off twice since then for no reason. They've responded quickly even on the weekend (Sunday).

Inspection of HVAC and humidifier. Work was performed under maintenance contract with M.E. Flow. Excellent company, they have been my only HVAC service for almost 9 years.

ME Flow installed our Easy Water no salt water conditioning system as well as the Easy Water Toxin Shield cartridge water filtration system. They were very professional, personable, prompt and reasonable in price. The actual installer spent time with us to ensure we understood how both systems work and how to maintain them. I would highly recommend them.

My original Heat-Pump was corroded and the Heat exchanger was leaking. ME Flow had several repair options that were less costly, but because of the new USA standards on cooling I decided to upgrade the whole system. The salesman was more than honest, telling me my old system could be repaired. Because my old system was noisy, and the heat exchanger was leaking via corrosion, I decided I wanted to update the whole system. I got three quotes. ME Flow was not the lowest, or the highest quote. Put they did offer the best service package. They showed up on time, worked extremely clean. The install technicians said I should have had an air return in the basement (that was not part of the original quote). They installed one at no charge. I never like to write a review right away, because I wanted a few months of Hot and Cold weather to test the system. Everything worked perfectly. ME Flow also contacted me twice to see how the system was running. The system has a complete 5 year warranty for parts and labor. I would use ME Flow again.

I called in the morning and within an hour a tech was at our home. It was not emergency so I was impressed with the customer service. The plumber, Keith was professional and knowledgeable. I like to see how things are done and ask questions, usually a workman doesn't want to be bother but Keith answered all my questions and even offered some solutions for filter water replacement. I've used this company twice before a few years back on two different issues and had great customer service experience.

I have a house in Alexandria, VA and I've had an annual maintenance contract with M.E. Flow for most of the years that I've been there (10+). The technicians are competent and friendly, and the company calls me every season with to remind me to set up an appointment. It couldn't be easier! When my old boiler had serious issues, I decided to replace it with a high efficiency Triangle Tube. That was back in 2008 or 2009? I took several bids but M.E. Flow gave me the best combination of price and quality, and I've never regretted choosing this company. There were some issues with the installation -- it took a number of months to get the system working correctly (I think I may have been the first Triangle Tube customer that they every had! or maybe the second) -- but the installation manager came out immediately every time I called and I felt like my service was their first priority. Once they figured out what the issues were, the system worked like a charm. I haven't had a problem in years. If I had to do it all over again, I'd still pick ME Flow and Triangle Tube. It's a great company and a great system. I believe you can really tell the quality of a company by how they handle the situation when things go wrong, and this company knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended.

The problem may still exist but will be revisited in the Spring.

Everything went well. We have used them in the past. They were very prompt for the appointment and they were able to come out on a Sunday afternoon. Scheduling went well and they were responsive to my calls.

We have been using them for 2 years now. They definitely seem to be informative and meet our needs. Scheduling is okay, there was one time we had a problem where we had to re-schedule but usually it is pretty easy. They give us a full written report and do a great job explaining what is going on with the system.

We are a big fan of them and we have been using them for about 4 years now. They are punctual and knowledgeable about our systems. They seem to really know what they are doing and they are reliable. Scheduling goes well and they are accommodating to me. One or two technicians come out to do the maintenance work.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He conducted a number of tests, ruling out possible causes for the problem one by one. He explained each step along the way in a clear,understandable fashion.

Tech arrived on time and conducted the inspection without any issues. Very friendly and knowledgable about his company and it's services.

It went very smoothly. Our A/c was not working properly. I called M.E. Flow, and a rep came to the house to check the system and offer options. Our system was almost 20 years old. It was not practical to try to repair it. So he showed all the options available. and we made our selection, which included free annual servicing.

It went fine. New forced-air heating and cooling system works well and has been trouble free. The provider was very helpful throughout project and performed extra tasks to tune the upstairs heat pump distribution scheme.

They provide reliable service, but are very expensive. We pay $250 for them to come out twice a year to check out our heating and air conditioning. Every time they come out, they find expensive additional costs that need to be added. These costs are usually over $100. I had been happy with their work, but because of this consistent over-charging, I am going to find another company to use in the future.

It went very well. We have used ME Flow for over 10 years and consider them an excellent service provider. When we had our final inspection with the county inspector, he was very complimentary. When he saw the ME Flow sticker, he said "I never have to worry about these guys." During the inspection he pointed out things that he called "the way to do it right." It was very reassuring. I'm a very particular homeowner and have always been satisfied with their service.
