M.E. Flow, Inc. has been providing exceptional heating, cooling, and plumbing services to residents of northern Virginia since 1951. We are family-owned and operated, and currently in our third generation. We are a team of professionals who are licensed to ensure compliance with the laws and codes of the state of Virginia. With office locations in Leesburg, Winchester, and Alexandria, there’s always a ME Flow team member nearby to serve you quickly. What’s unique about M.E. Flow is that the entire company adopts the original family tradition of our "customer first" philosophy in order to provide the best service possible. Description of Work: They did not perform any work because they were overpriced. We have an older home that needed to convert from water radiators to Mitsubushi system and the price that was given to us was more than the competitors. They also did discuss other options with us.

When you hire ME Flow, you aren’t just getting “a guy with a truck.” We’ve earned the Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer status, the highest level of accreditation from Mitsubishi. Our technicians have been trained and certified in installation and repair of Mitsubishi HVAC products. The Diamond Dealer certification also allows us to offer a 7 year limited warranty on compressors and a 7 year warranty on parts, a warranty that other dealers can’t offer. Our rates are very competitive with similar size companies, and the guarantee behind our work comes from a company that has been in business for over 60 years. I’m sorry you didn’t choose M.E. Description of Work: They came out to trouble shoot my water heater recently. They also come out for our annual routine maintenance on our Heating and air conditioning system. They come out when you need them and they give reliable service.

Description of Work: They do annual maintenance. Sometimes the work is okay but sometimes I feel like they could do it better. I am charged a little more at times without me knowing.

Description of Work: My AC went out during a stretch of very hot days. A technician was at my door the next day. No unnecessary repairs, no price gouging. He got my AC up and running in less than an hour and it cost me less than $500. New capacitor, new fuses, new contactor, and two pounds of freon. Great job M E Flow!

Description of Work: I had attempted to move my A/C thermostat from one wall to another and then could not get it connected correctly. After 4 days of 90 degree heat and no A/C, my house was an oven. I called M.E. Flow at 1:00 and they were there by 4:00 the same day. The technician was great, assessed the thermostat and furnace/AC to determine I had broken the thermostat in my attempt to move it. He installed a new thermostat and we are now cool. The cost was for a service call $89.00, thermostat and installation $211 and new service contract for the year $140.00. Best of all the tech did not laugh at my DIY attempts, but was very encouraging and informative for future projects.
