Description of Work: This is a great company to work with! We bought a new home and knew there were potential mold problems. Dan gave us a very fair estimate, did not try to oversell us, and had his team complete the work in a timely manner. We had mold removed from behind some walls and air ducts cleaned. We also had an asbestos scare midway through-AdvantaClean tested and it came back negative, thankfully-but even that ordeal was made easier than expected. We also worked with them to schedule someone to reconstruct once remediation was done, and it looks great! Highly recommend and would call again without hesitation.

+ 0 moreWhen I met Dan, I was so impressed with his level of knowledge, professionalism and completeness of checking every inch of my house during his inspection that I knew right away that I was going to hire him to do the job! Dan and his crew went into my house which was a complete mess, filthy and highly contaminated from three water leaks unreported by tenants. They worked very hard for four days basically created a "clean house" with vapor barriers and sealing the areas creating negative air suction. They safely removed all the contaminated material. Which was mainly drywall but he also removed carpet that had been soaking wet from a water heater that had broken and flooded my basement. All the walls in all the areas were wiped down with anti-microbial solution and there are many as our home is large and the areas that were affected were large. This in itself was a huge job! All the duct-work and HVAC units were cleaned and new filters installed. The house was fogged and Air-scrubbers put in place for three days to ensure that all the mold in the air had been removed. After 4 days they removed the containment walls and the place smelled so good! It was like night and day! They really worked a miracle in my house! I am highly allergic to mold and there is still many repairs to be done from the damage that the tenants did, but now it is a safe work environment and I can rest easy knowing that when we move back into the home in a few months that Dan and his crew have made it possible to live and breathe easy! I highly recommend Dan and his crew from AdvantaClean if you have mold, water damage or any services they offer! Do not hesitate to hire them! I give them 5 stars easy! Military friendly company too! Extra satisfied customer! Thanks so much!
Description of Work: Mold remediation in two areas of my home removing contaminated drywall, wiping down all contaminated areas with anti-microbial solution. Fogging house with anti-microbial. Cleaning all air-ducts and units. Leaving Air-scrubbers in place for 3 days.
