It was very suspicious that only the Advantaclean 'Required' contractor contacted me, none of the others did. Do you (HomeAdvisor) actually send the information to the non-Required contractors?

The scheduling staff was very friendly and professional. The owner came to do the service and he was very punctual and Professional. The prices are very reasonable, better than we expected.

The salesman that came to the house to inspect and provide the estimate was very nice and customer service friendly. However, when the work crew left, the chlorine smell was overwhelming. I texted the salesman and described the odor and that the plastic sheeting was not sealed. He said it was too late for him to come (it was approx 8:30 pm) but I could try taping it up myself. I did and the smell subsided. But it was clearly not sealed correctly by the crew. The same salesman came back after the remediation to remove the equipment. There was ceiling damage, There was an access panel that had just been broken off the frame. Other baseboards were just broken off. I am so glad I moved the furniture myself - no telling what they would have done to my furniture. If I had been told they were just going to break off the baseboards, I could have removed them more carefully myself. No offer of a discount or any consideration for the smell or the damage. I would not recommend a company that uses such a poor quality crew - or who does not town up to the damage they did. The mold remediation itself seems fine - but how we got there is unsatisfactory and very disappointing.

It was a pleasure working with this company. The owner was super quick with all responses. I feel the value was there for the work. In a business in which the common person does not know much about the subject matter, AdvantaClean felt genuine.

We needed a quick radon mitigation as part of an inspection requirement. Dan responded immediately, the work was done within a week of my call and our last radon reading was excellent!. Highly recommend.

I was really pleased starting the the initial call back to set up an estimate appointment and then getting the work completed. When I discovered that I had a mold issue, not only did I want to get it professionally mitigated, but I needed it done quickly so that a new washer / dryer could be installed. Dan explained the mitigation process and gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable. The technician arrived about 15 minutes the next day and got right to business. Bottom line, I was very pleased with the pricing, quality of work and the technicians that did the work in my home.

This is a great team, they do excellent work. Be sure to express all your concerns and requirements so there is a complete understanding of the work you expect.

Dan (owner) came out personally to evaluate my radon system. He crawled through my attic to find the pipe and gave me good information on options. I received a quote via email quickly. He will be back soon to install a radon fan to my existing passive system. So far so good- on time and professional.

AdvantaClean was timely, professional, and a total full-service organization. We did not have to find a separate contractor for the build-back portion. AdvantaClean took care of all of it and notified me immediately when we had scope creep (additional wall had to be removed to eradicate the entire mold situation).

Hired to conduct mold testing. They were out promptly. They explained the process before everything started. Start to finish, they took about 30 minutes. We had results the next day (mold inside was comparable or less to mold outside). Competitive and would likely call them again if conditions appear to change.

He listened to the customer, he didn't try to sell us stuff without knowing what the issue was, he was professional, he had his equipment with him and he went straight to work it was excellent!

Great job, good price. My only complaint is there was some debris left behind to include down in the sump.
