LGM Home Improvements

My landlord and myself hired LGM to paint a 950 sq ft 2 bedroom/1.5 bath interior that hadn't been touched since 2001. It needed paint work as well as pretty intensive dry-wall touch up. Knowing the job was extensive, Gabriel's (somewhat absorbent) $8000+ estimate was accepted. According to Gabriel, he could do the work. He could bring the walls back to their original state. That was all the assurance we needed. Two weeks later, I'll let the pics tell the story. Just know he left the unit dirty, unfinished and nowhere near success. He installed new electric sockets THAT DON’T EVEN WORK. DONT HIRE THIS MAN. HE IS NOT A PAINTER. At best, he is a handyman who knows how to paint. Go with an established company with a portfolio that speaks for itself.

LGM home improvements renovated my kitchen and did an excellent job. They performed the demo and removal of old cabinets and appliances and completely updated the whole room with a new layout. We had them remove a peninsula and added an island, convert range from electric to gas, install recessed lighting, remove bulkhead and extend cabinets to ceiling, and install a farmhouse sink. They also installed quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and tile flooring. It turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier! Gabriel made suggestions on time colors based on the counter we chose and we are glad we listened to him. Once the kitchen was done, I think we spent most of our days working from in there...it was our new favorite room! I believe the entire job from demo to completion took about 5 weeks so it was fairly quick given some "hiccups" we ran into. The quote we received was the best we got from about 4 different contractors and his timeline worked with ours (had a baby on the way and wanted it done before she arrived!) I would highly recommend!

Mr. Matluk was prompt, courteous and pleasant. He prepared carefully for his work. We noted his skill and attention to detail. His estimate was on target, prices reasonable and he finished on time. He is clearly qualified for work in the home on a scope that far exceeds the tasks we hired him for. We were very pleased and will hire him again.

Excellent. I purchased my home in November but it needed substantial updating. My realtor recommended Gabriel Matluk without reservation. We met with Gabriel who walked through the home with me and helped me to understand what would be neccesary to make the improvements, pros/cons of doing so, and helped me to spot several things I wanted updated but had not thought of earlier. I was gone on an overseas trip for much of the process and Gabriel did great work while I was away, even receiving and installing appliances that came. He finished on time, within cost. I plan on using him for any future improvements and would recommend him to anyone else. Feel free to contact me for further information.
