+ 0 moreHe estimated the cost of the work would be $2100. I asked them if they could also put some lighting up and that it would be an additional $500. He asked for more money a few times, which I gave him. He stopped coming and gave excuses as to why he wasn't showing up. I told him that I did not need him to do any more work for me, and he came back saying he needed to finish the work, but would need more money. I gave him $350 to finish the job, but he has not returned. He has still not finished the roof or the work on the gate that I wanted done.
Description of Work: I asked him to put an awning above the door to my day care. He suggested that we put a roof in above the door instead, and I agreed to that instead.
