+ -1 moreWe were a small job and did have to wait. The workmen arrived on the appointed date and their professionalism showed. There is no indication of the ceiling hole. The hallways had some cracks which were repaired beautifully. They also touched up the workwork. We are very pleased with the quality.
Description of Work: Repaired hole in kitchen ceiling due to drip from sprinkler system and painted all four hallways and kitchen ceiling.

+ -1 moreOur master bathroom shower dripped. Paul and aide had a hard,but successful, time getting the broken part out. We are glad we did not try to do this ourselves, fearing if things went wrong, we would have made the project more expensive. They gave instructions on how to clean the shower head and replace it. We have used them before and have another project they will do for us. They are very good.

+ 0 moreI have been using the company since 2010. I have worked closely with Paul and his nephew. He uses trustworthy contractors for any type of work he cannot do. They have great attention to detail and are very trustworthy. They will go above and beyond for their customers. They are a pretty busy company and are hard to get a hold of at times for new work. They are pretty great at responding to any issues with work they have already done and are out in about a day or two for repairs.
Description of Work: I have had the company remodel in a previous town home and do handyman work there as well. They most recently did a basement remodeled and HVAC work.

Description of Work: Paul Lawrence acted as a general contractor for our upstairs bathroom. Paul and his dedicated crew came up with practical design solutions and installed materials. Paul arranged for plumbing, electrical, and countertop subcontractors to complete work. Lawrence Brothers and Vienna Floors worked together to complete a newly configured, bright, and updated bathroom. The process was professional. pleasant, and prices were very reasonable. Communication was excellent and we were able to make some purchases on our own which Lawrence Brothers then installed for us. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Crown molding, primed, and installed in three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

+ 2 moreFabulous. Very professional, took pride in his work, competitive pricing, personable, cleaned up after himself. Excellent results. He pointed out the improperly supported staircase (which had been strangely slanted since we bought the place) and offered to fix it at a minimal cost. Once he got started, after a long part ordering delay that was not his fault, everything was finished in about 4 days.
Description of Work: Replace metal stair railing with wood, re-framing and hanging bi-fold doors to a closet, installing 6 recessed lights, repairing improperly supported staircase.
