Description of Work: There was a leak in under our kitchen sink which was associated with our dishwasher. I emailed them last evening and they set-up an appointment for the following afternoon. The plumber arrived early and according to my girlfriend he was very polite and he fixed the leak in a very short time.

Description of Work: Used company via Angie's List Special. Checked out the drains, snaked a couple, and inspected plumbing.

Description of Work: I needed a fawcett repaired. I had received the part from Blanco (since it was not available) and the repairman arrived and quoted a price for the repair and an additional charge for travel. It was quite expensive for what was required but I was not quoted a price when I first made the service. The repiarman went right to work but the part Blanco sent was not the right part so he did not repair. He stated that when I received the right part, I could call them back and he would come again but he would have to charge me the travel cost and the full price of servicing the fawcett even this was the second call for the same item which they did not repair the first time. I was charged $227 for the first call. The repairman stayed less than 1/2 hour and when he left, I still had a leaking fawcett. The repairman was courteous and pleasant but the cost, in my opinion, was too expensive. I will not use the service again.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our bathtub drain draining slowly, despite having a different plumber out TWICE to fix the problem. It turns out the other plumber did not install our drain fixture properly. Kramer fixed the problem immediately because they knew how the drain assembly worked.

Description of Work: I had a terrible odor in my bathroom and couldn't figure out why. I thought I had a sewage leak, it smelled so bad. Seth was awesome -- over the phone he told me what to do and there was no charge. How oftern does THAT happen! Now I consider him "my plumber!" And he hasn't even done any work for me yet. But if I need a plumber he will be the one I call. I already put him into my iPhone contacts list.

Description of Work: Kramer is a good and reputable company; however, I found a company that cut their price in half.

Description of Work: Adj hot water in shower & replaced hardware under leaky sink.

Description of Work: Toilet was leaking and needed repair. I called Monday morning, they had an appointment free, were here at 10:30 and did a great job! Very pleased with their responsiveness.

Description of Work: Leveled flange and reset toilet base (which I had already removed.) Two very pleasant and polite young technicians arrived on time. Very straightforward pricing scheme, albeit a little expensive. I ended up reinstalling the toilet tank myself, when they quoted my a price of over $300.
