Description of Work: We had recent home inspection due to selling our home. The hvac system needed to be serviced and check for minor issues. They also fix the toilet in basement that was little shaky The tech was great explained all his service. Calling customer service was prompt with next day appointment. Used angie list coupon. You won't be sorry use these guys.

Description of Work: Replaced some inside parts of two toilets. Replaced the toilet tank in one bathroom. Everything was perfect and the plumber Richard was excellent.

Description of Work: Kramer and Sons technician changed out fixtures for shower/tub area in master bath. We provided the new hardware and removed linen cabinet for access to plumbing for shower/tub. Also, he installed new 1/2 ball valve for outside facet. Kramer and Sons responded quickly to our inquiry and set-up an appointment to give an estimate which cost $59.00. We did get a small discount for using Angie's list to find Kramer and Sons. The outside facet was fixed promptly, however the change out of the bathroom fixtures took almost twice the estimated time and the technician accidently lost the finishing screws for facet plate. He used some screws he had on hand to temporarily hold the shower handle plate until replacements could be ordered. It took 2 weeks to get the new screws and have them installed. Overall the job was good, the technician was courteous, prompt and cleaned up after himself. I might use their service again - more of an issue with the cost.

It had been on both heat & cool all winter - hense the $500 electric bills. We were very pleased with his knowledge and expertize. He's permanently on our go to list.

Description of Work: They provided an estimate to replace my tub faucet. It seemed fair but I decided to hold off. They could have flushed my hot water system on my furnace as it is gas boiler floor heat. They explained that was not necessary which I appreciated their honesty.

This was the third time they came to our house in a month, install a new valve for the line leading to the refrigerator, get rid of a clog, and then the Garbage Disposal. They always respond quickly and are thoroughly professional. They got there on short notice.fixed my original problem found others fixed them.had all the equipment and parts to fix other items that I asked to have look at. All in all pretty good, just the device call I thought was a little high ,but I think worth the price
