Description of Work: Originally contacted them to replace a broken garbage disposal. After further looking into the company, I also asked them to do my winter servicing of my heating system. The company is very professional and responsive to scheduling changes/needs. I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them if you are in need of HVAC or plumbing services.

Description of Work: During the evening of June 9, 2015, I found a large amount of water around my heating/cooling unit and water heater. I suspected something wrong with the heating/cooling unit since the A/C had been running. I needed quick service and Kramer responded to my problem the following day after calling them. The technician was punctual and very courteous. He checked the units but did not find any problems. About a week before I had purchased a Washer which was installed by Lowes. The installers were a little rough and damaged one of the tubes protruding from the heating/cooling unit since it was tight space. The technician suspected that the tube had been leaking and replaced the small elbow tube and reconfigured the tubing. He showed me how to sterilize the tubing with a mixture of bleach and water once yearly. He also advised me to call the store and report the damage resulting from he installation of the Washer. I did this in his presence in case the store required more information. As a result, the store gave me a credit of $125 to my account for the damages. Since then I have had no more problems. Thanks to Kramer's technician, I received several tips and a credit for the damage. Will definitely use Kramers again!

Description of Work: They placed a service gasket interconnect between new PVC drains and an existing 3" bell-end cast-iron pipe. | |In addition they snaked the 3" drain pipe. | |The process required them to cut the new pvc pipes and reconfigure a vent-stack to the laundry tub. | |The technician, Julio, priced the work from a price book for each individual piece of work. Julio was extremely friendly and tidy in his work. Observing his work, I thought he did an excellent job and explained why he performed the work in the way he did. | |I took pictures of the project and the area where the work was to be performed and took those to Kramer and Sons. We discussed options. They ordered a service gasket and when it came in they called to schedule the service. The process was painless and convenient for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Description of Work: The plumber had to remove the toilet to have access to the sewer line and found a piece of wipes that probably was the culprit of the sewer backups in my 60 year old home He had at first fixed the valve to the main water but detected a crack on the pipe This was replaced with a new pipe and ball bearing valve I had a friend come to help facilitate with the communication since i am deaf and which probably helped the plumber do an excellent job!
