Description of Work: Replaced a garbage disposal. Only two options, one over $500 and another over $600. Way too high but we had an open leak under our sink and had to do it. Technician friendly and very professional. No complaints on the quality of the work, just the price.

Description of Work: Kramer and Sons rebuilt the inside of an old toilet in my home that was leaking- it was better off being rebuilt than replacing with a new toilet that wouldn't work well with the old pipes in my home. I am Very happy with the work. They were honest and upfront about the pricing- they kept me informed along the way- they were super punctual and very professional. I will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: Clogged kitchen drain could not be unclogged after two separate attempts by two different plumbing companies using 36 feet of drain snake. There appeared to be blockage in underground drain pipe. Kramer was the third company I called. They excavated underground looking for the interior kitchen drain pipe located in front foyer area. Broke up foyer flooring, sub-floor, and foundation. Dug trench (4 ft.x 3ft. x 1.5 ft.) to remove drain pipe. Snaked out remaining pipe. Ran camera. Flushed out system. Replaced pipe. Filled in trench, poured concrete. Snaked out complete kitchen drain system again to be sure everything was operational. (Worked for over two days). | |Comments: Excellent service. Excavation crew came out in a snowstorm to do work as promised. Spent two days on the job to locate problem and repair it. Cleaned up well after the work. Came back a third time to be sure kitchen drain worked perfectly. Seth Kramer, the owner, took a personal interest in this job out and came out to direct his crew. I was so impressed by the entire job...from beginning until the end. Oh, and the cost, was nearly $3,000 less than I was quoted by another company. If you want an honest company, go with Kramer & Sons.
