The plumber arrived promptly, was polite, took care to be tidy, explained everything, and gave me options for less expensive repairs.

I couldn't be happier with the work performed or the price for completion. I received three estimates and this company provided the most detailed and professional proposal within a few hours and at the lowest price. They staged their equipment in my yard the day they received my 1/3 down payment, began the work the next morning at 7:15 and had water service restored to my house by noon. They ensured safety measures were in place overnight, and arrived early the next morning to wait for the permit inspector. The inspection occurred at noon and by the time I returned home from work at 5 pm the front yard was back in order. Because they had put plastic down in the yard to place the soil on, you couldn't even tell that work had been done (except for the missing patch of grass). The company exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job.

The quote was absolutely and completely outrageous. I used another plumber at half the price. The plumber just quoted from a book, not a measurement of effort. For example, the plumber wanted to charge $110.40 to cut a 12"x12" hole. Not to cut and repair, just to cut and leave it. This is a 5 minute task. So their rate worked out to be $1,200 per hour. Beyond ridiculous.

I paid the $49 dispatch fee, and very much appreciate the honesty of this plumber. As a side note, he and his associate wore booties over their shoes in the house!

It went great! Even though a gave us a 3 hour window (9am - 12pm), they showed up promptly at 9am. Nick assessed the damage and gave us his assessment. Snaking out the toilet to try and remove the object blocking the toilet, the cheapest option; or completing removing the commode from the floor, which would have been a $100 dollars more. We agreed with the snaking out, which worked. My wife was quite impressed with the overall, experience.

I was very pleased with the efficiency and the professionalism of this company. They were very thoughtful and clean. They even put on booties to walk in our home. The crew was comfortable to work with and explained what needed to be done in detail. I would refer them to others.

The faucet on the front of our water heater was leaking. I called early in the morning and I spoke with a nice young lady. She was able to schedule me for the next day between nine and twelve. I received a call from the same young lady about ten the next morning letting me know the tech was on the way. I was given the cost of the repair within 10 minutes of his arrival. Also, he put "booties" over his shoes to not track dirt into my house. The water heater was fixed in a half an hour. He cleaned up after himself and all is now well! I was very happy with the work and how quickly it was completed.

Scheduling was easy. I called on Wednesday and got the first call the next day. Julio was right on time, very courteous and professional. He has worked for the company for 17 years, and it was a pleasure to meet him. Although the job was expensive, Julio's knowledge, advice and demeanor were priceless! I highly recommend Kramer & Sons. I have used their services in the past and was very satisfied. I just wish plumbing services weren't so expensive!

Their estimate was three times the price of Dwyer Plumbing. They were younger and appeared to have less experience then the other plumber I called.

I was very pleased with the service. They arrived on time at 7:30 AM and completed the work in a couple of hours. The snaking of the drain did not fix the slow drain, and they did not charge me. They also said my sump pump was functional and fine, showing me they weren't there to rip me off.

Team of two came arrived on early side of 4 hour appointment window and called ahead 20 minutes. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Very helpful despite problem not being plumbing related.

They do not service my area, but were helpful in recommending a plumber to me.

I'm confident that Kramer & Sons would have done a good job with this project if I had needed to go through with it. This is based on my contact with Nick Buzzoli, who came to perform the estimate and also with Seth Kramer via telephone. Nick was clear about what the work would entail and what problems might be encountered, took both measurements and photos of the shower area, and gave good advice about the features that the shower should have. Seth, when I called to tell him that I wouldn't need the work done after all, accepted this with grace, commenting that what he learned while doing research to prepare the estimate would be useful to him on other projects. I have used Kramer & Sons at our house, but too long ago to report here. It was the positive experience I had with them previously which led me to call on them this time.

Although the price for the work done was rather high, the experience of working with this company was very pleasant. They were responsive to the initial call, efficient in identifying the problem, clear in their explanation of how they would fix it, and upfront and accurate in pricing for job. I would definitely use them again.

I originally found this plumber online and I don't know how I got so lucky. They are professional, nice, and very neat. They clean up absolutely everything before they leave the job. They explain everything that needs to be done, give you an estimate, and schedule the job if you approve the work. We've had Nick do work at our house several times and he is great. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber. Kramer and Sons is great, and I can check that contracting need off of my list. They are it!
