Scheduled date rained and it took a while to eat in touch to schedule a new date.

Great service from Kingstowne PHS, coordinated by Pablo Martinez. VERY pleased with their work to prep, power wash, and stain/seal our deck (upper & lower decks, plus stairs). Pablo came out to do a walkthrough inspection with me first, and provided their cost estimate. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and did a professional, thorough job. Price was very reasonable, and I liked being able to work with the invoices and payment submission online. I would hire them again.

It went very well. I called them after I had received an unexpectedly high bid from a vendor I had used before. Their bid was appropriate and reasonable. They did the job on a mutually agreeable date and I am very pleased with the result. This year, I will actually get to make use of the deck! Yay!

Well planned and responsibly completed

I asked for services/quote several times, kept getting the runaround...yes a quote will be done, then having to follow up, then being told again a quote would be done, and nothing, And never a followup from them. Not sure what is suddenly wrong with the company, they've always been responsive. I never got the quote. they didnt provide the first step of service, so decided not to use them.

No response to request for service, three times.

I could not be more pleased with the work that Kingstowne Painters did. From the estimate to the last finishing touches, everything they did was professional, responsive, and high quality. Pablo Martinez gave me a comprehensive, no-surprises estimate. He took the time to examine all the conditions thoroughly. The crew began by spending a day or more on prep work: power washing the entire house, nailing and caulking loose siding, replacing rotting trim around the front door, removing and painting the shutters before rehanging them, and putting trim up where my general contractor had not completed the job. They were punctual, tidy, and efficient. Thanks to the warm December we're having, they were able to paint the exterior using Benjamin Moore paint, unifying the exterior which has a brick front, aluminum siding on the ends of the house, new cement board siding on the rear, and a cement foundation--all of which had been different colors! Pablo was meticulous about getting the color and sheen of the paint exactly right. The result is that my house is now the most beautiful on my street (in my opinion, anyway!). The gorgeous colors are showcased by the very fine workmanship of Kingstowne Painters. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

They did a great job. Pablo was very good at explaining, in detail, all work involved with the project. He gave advice and was very professional, yet friendly. The painters arrived on time and well prepared to work. They worked continuously and were polite and professional. When they couldn't complete one small part of the job, they said they would come back the next day. They came back when it was convenient for me and I was impressed that they were very punctual and that Pablo came as well. Pablo made sure that we were satisfied w/the project. Very good experience w/them.

The tech was standing on my tile counter top. They painted my trim the wrong color. They painted the trip the same color as the wall.I've used them a few times before and after this job, I won't use them again.

From dealing with the nice office administrator Ann, the friendly and courteous Project Manager Pablo, and the nice painters-I'm happy with the work that was done. Could I have gotten it done cheaper? Probably but I was able to get a quick estimate, and get the work started quickly. They worked everyday, were always on site when I checked, used quality paint, put everything back that they took apart, and most importantly-they did a great job. I would definitely hire Kingstowne Painting & Home Services again.

It was only a couple of weeks between the time we called for an estimate and the time they were able to come out and do the estimate and do the work. They actually finished ahead of schedule. They did a great job. The only thing I would suggest for improvement was that I found a little paint on the ductwork but it wasn't a big deal - I've had several other painters in the house and they're the best.

Pros: * The cost was very inexpensive, $168 for a day's work from one painter, plus the cost of paint. * Pablo, the manager, is very professional and knowledgeable and goes way above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. In this case, he helped me fix two problems which were unanticipated and unrelated to him: the ceiling paint I bought did not match the prior paint, and when a recessed light was pushed back up, there was a gap in the drywall around the rim. * The painter did good quality work, for the most part (see below about the dining room ceiling). Cons: * They spread drop cloths on the floor, but they were old and had numerous holes in them, so the protection was inadequate. As a result, when I accidentally kicked over a can of paint on top of a drop cloth, quite a bit of paint leaked through to the wooden floor underneath. Luckily, it all cleaned up fine, but if the floor had been carpeted instead, it would have been a big problem. * Pablo does not give his cell phone number to customers or office staff, so he is hard to reach. The painter had the number, but when I first asked him to call Pablo when the problem with the mismatched paint was discovered, he told me to call the office. I told the office I needed to talk to Pablo right away and explained the problem, but I never heard back from them or Pablo directly. When I insisted to the painter that he call Pablo, we were able to get through. * The painter spoke limited English and couldn't handle unexpected situations on his own like fixing the gap around the recessed light. * One of the touchups in the ceiling (in the dining room) looks worse than it did before the touchup. I'm not sure what went wrong, and I forgot to mention it to Pablo because we were trying to fix the gap around the recessed light and I needed to leave for an appointment.

The main reason we went with Kingstowne is because of their customer service. From the first phone call we made to the follow-up after the project was completed, everyone at Kingstowne (we're using them for our yard, too) was professional and prompt. The deck and stairs they treated look great, but knowing we could deal with their company from another city and receive great service was wonderful.

We just got an estimate but decided not to go ahead with the entire plan of painting the whole house at this time. They were very professional, showed up right on time, asked detailed questions and made recommendations.

They were there on time. Very courteous and professional. Listened to all concerns and promptly corrected same. It was a good experience. If we have painting needs in the future it will be with Kingstowne.

I contacted Kingstowne Painting for an in-home consultation and quote for painting. It was a little difficult to schedule an appointment, as I was initially given two time slots that were eventually canceled by the business. On the evening of the appointment, the representative who showed up at my home was 30 minutes late and did not call to notify me. This caused some concern on my end, as I had another appointment scheduled that evening with a competing company. The representative was courteous, but unable to answer my specific questions to my satisfaction. The price that I was quoted was also much higher than others in the area. For all of these reasons, I felt it was not a good fit for my painting needs.

Pablo and his team were wonderful from the start! He is very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice regarding the cracks in our walls. His team arrived on-time and went right to work. They were careful with our furniture and covered everything appropriately during the job. The finished product is flawless walls and that wonderful ?just painted? smell in our house! We are putting our house on the market and this was the final step in getting it ready! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to getting a great job done. We are thrilled with the service!

Professional, efficient, excellent response to bid request and delivered what was promised in time and quality
