He was very quick to respond and requested a photo of the pile before he committed to the job. there was some question about the size of the furniture to be removed based on the photo. The traditional estimate, based on square footage of washing machine size estimates was not adequate. In the future, I would do an accurate measurement of the pile to dispel all doubts. I ended up with nearly twice the amount that I had originally had estimated. All and all, they were quick, efficient and left no random screws and splinters behind.

They were not able carry to the TV out. It was on a lower level and it was just two of them and they did not have any special equipment to carry it. It is a very large TV.

They did a great job - were very professional and removed everything I requested quickly.

It was okay. I was moving and there were a lot of odds and ends (furniture, appliances) that I couldn't remove myself. I chose them because they would go into the different rooms in the house rather than requiring me to put them in the garage or driveway. They actually had to disassemble different pieces to get them out of the house. I couldn't get the large pieces from different levels of the house by myself so this was a helpful feature of the service. They claimed that they would sort the things they took from me and decide if they needed to be donated, re-purposed, recycled, or trashed so everything wouldn't just go to a landfill. The only problem I had with them is that they came with an open truck so some of the things that were still in good condition got wet and I don’t know if they could be donated properly after that.

Company did not respond in 2 days. It took 4 days and I needed to make an appointment before that.

They arrived on time and were polite and helpful. I would not use them again because they take so little junk for the price. I could have sent it with my trash company for less than they charged.

The two men came out and I pointed to what I wanted removed and they removed it quickly. They were even professional enough to leave a can of old paint from the previous owner and inform me that has to be specially disposed of by me or another professional that is licensed to do so. Great service and would use them again in the future if needed.

They hauled away some mattresses and a bed frame. They were able to come out within a week of me purchasing the deal. They came out when it was pouring rain. The service overall was fine.

I had to help the one worker move some items that required 2 people to move. Understandable, and I was happy to help, but it seemed a bit odd that they did not send two workers.

That turned out fine and they were very good. They hauled a lot of junk and furniture from the basement. They didn’t waste any time and went right to work.

We needed a junk removal service on a rapid timetable. Delante at Junk Daddy was very responsive. However, we could not successfully coordinate our schedules to get the project done. We ended up having to ask someone else to help us for about the same price that Junk Daddy was going to charge.

They were great- professional, curteous, careful with the floors and walls as they hauled everything the piano weighed so much that for the last year and a half I have not been able to find anyone to take it. It was probably 500 lbs they did a great job

They contacted me the same day as purchasing the Big Deal, and were out the next day to haul away the chair. They showed up promptly on time, and were finished in under 10 minutes. We would hire this service again.

It went great and we didn't have problems. They kept on moving the date but that was fine. It was a good choice.

He was nice bot mud all over my carpet. He should have laid paper on some protector material down.

I communicated with Green Vista by message board and asked if I could delay the pick-up until November. This was OK with them. Setting up the pick-up was a real hassle mostly not their fault. I had to re-schedule twice due to family problems, and then they rescheduled due to the December snowfall. I spent a lot of time on the phone and on Angie's message board to make this happen. They were always accommodating. My only point of issue was that each of the half-dozen times I talked to the owner, he would give me a specific time frame in which he would call me back. However, he never once called. I quickly learned that if I wanted to talk, I had to call him, and this system worked well. He's always in his truck on the road and has a hard time initiating calls. He and all of his people were friendly, professional and helpful. Once we actually had a firm appointment, they showed up early (and called first to let me know). The two guys who showed up at my home had a container that dwarfed the large pile of stuff I had for them, and they were a pleasure to meet and work with. They loaded my junk quickly, hung around for a few minutes of conversation and were on their way. I will use them again, especially now that I've learned how to interface with them.

I had two wooden armoire/audio cabinets (very heavy) in my basement that had to go. Both were good quality furniture and in good/almost new condition. While I no longer needed them, I thought someone might find a use for them. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any charity that would haul them away, and I was under some time constraints. I checked with a couple of hauling companies, one of which did advertise that they do try to donate when possible. I went with Junk King because they had good reviews, were very professional over the phone, offered a good price, were local and could pick up immediately. When two slim-build young fellows showed up, however, I thought, "How will they move these two large pieces of furniture from the basement?" They then proceeded to dismantle (i.e., break up) the furniture. I was disappointed to see the furniture destroyed, but it was entirely my fault for not confirming this before-hand. So, despite my disappointment, I must give the company high marks for doing what it said it would do. The crew was very professional and polite, worked quickly and cleaned up everything completely. The quoted price also didn't change on completion. On this basis, I would recommend Junk King to others and use the company again myself, but please keep in mind that Junk King, as advertised, hauls "junk" - it's not a moving company.

Heard of them through the Angie's List Big Deal, but missed the deal. I called them and they provided me an estimate. They came the next morning and hauled everything, and left the site clean after the finished the job. Excellent customer service. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

The service went well. They were early for the service. They were very polite. They did not question anything and they did the service quickly. They were courteous and professional. We certainly got our moneys worth for the service.
