Absolutely pleasant and rewarding experience. Called JPS at 1030 PM and got an appointment a 1030 AM. Not only did they tell me what was wrong, they showed me the problem areas. It was completed in about 30 minutes. I was so impressed that I had my garage door in DC fixed too. He left straight from the Kingstowne home directly to the DC home. My husband was also impressed with their service. 1 car garage needed all the moving parts replaced for 225. The 2 car garage just need pulleys replaced for $175. No problem using the Angie's coupon. Absolutely recommend them. Professional, efficient, and clean. Just an excellent job!

My garage door wouldn't open early this morning - I called JP's number around 6 am and someone actually answered! They weren't able to come out right away, but they did come that afternoon, and replaced the spring in about 30 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommended!

He was here maybe 10 minutes at the most. So my experience wasn't very positive. He didn't do anything. They came out pretty quick. They were about on time.

They completed all the work with great attention to detail, they even worked to fix the way the door settled at rest, a problem for the past 30 years. No question on their knowledge and attention to detail - completely pleased with their service. They cleaned up all the parts and packing material, took away the old unit, could not have asked for better service - and, nice people as well.

Very pleased with service from JPS Garage Door. They provided same day service to fix a broken garage door. The spring had broken. Everything else seemed to be fine. They replaced the spring and lubricated the parts. I chose JPS because of the positive reviews and they are a small family owned business. They responded very quickly, were very professional and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again.

Removed and replaced my existing garage door opener and rail, lubricated tracks, helped me to program the keyless entry and remote control devices, made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving, and removed all replaced parts. Great deal, great price, great service.

Same day service was provided! They called before arrival and completed the job within 30 minutes. Very professional! Plus, they don't charge a fee to assess the problem (instant savings) and the cost was very reasonable.

Our garage door broke out of the blue as we were leaving for work. We called at 7:15, and Pedro was there in less than an hour - and not only fixed the door, but identified the damage being done by our very squeaky wheels and replaced those as well, in the space of less than an hour. He was friendly, professional, and efficient - HIGHLY recommend, and we'll be keeping JPS in our "emergency repair" file.

Over the weekend, my garage door did not open or close more than half way. I looked for a repair service on Angie's list and choses J.P.S. Garage Doors based on the positive reviews. I called the company on Monday morning. Pedro Gomez told me he would come between one and two o'clock and was on time with his assistant, Javier. Pedro adjusted the electronic motor and advised me to replace the worn and broken rollers. He did not have the rollers with him, but Javier returned within an hour with the new rollers that he installed. He finished the job by lubricating the rollers and the tracks. The garage door opener operates perfectly and quietly. I recommend this company very highly.

Outstanding work. On time, understood problems, provided options and installed selected product in less than one hour total. Product options in hand so no time lost between my choice and installation.

Owner came out next day from time i called him (offered same day service, just was too late for me with dinner/kids etc). Hired to install new garage door opener. I told him of the issue where garage door would not stay open when it was manually opened, he said it would be an extra $25-30 to fix that, he only charged an extra $20 to fix it. He noticed something loose after we were inspecting completed job and just fixed it on the spot for me (was not related to his work at all). Over all very positive experience, he made recommendations for another fix, his extimated price is on par with what I've seen it advertised as. The only con was he was a little late from the time he gave me, but that was minimal issue. Highly recommend for garage door and opener installs and repairs.

Pedro is a very skilled professional and he is a man of his words. He came over to give me a quote on repairing my two doors and was able to offer me a great deal. I saved a lot of money by following his suggestions and was able to have the work completed in 1/10 of the time and cost the other contractors were estimating. He was very honest and cares very much about his clientele. I will not hesitate to hire him for any future garage door services as he was able to also help out my neighbor's garage door issues. He was a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with his workmanship.

No extra charge for Saturday installation. No extra charge for holiday weekend. So I agreed to hire at the time of the estimate. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work.

On Thursday, July 19, 2012, I contacted JPS Garage Door after viewing Angie's list. They agreed to come out the same day. The representative was Pedro. He was punctual and very pleasant. He was very communicative throughout the process, advising me of options. We agreed to replace the 2 dented panels, and he performed his measurements and advised me that he'd return Monday. The following day, Friday, we spoke and agreed that JPS Garage Door would come out over the weekend instead of Monday -- even better! Saturday morning they contacted us to say that they would arrive at 11:00 am that day. Pedro arrived with an assistant. They got started and completed a quality job in no time flat.
