Had issues with Combi tankless domestic/boiler unit heating domestic water temperature too high. Also, not getting consistent hot water to the kitchen faucet. Jacob listened to issues about the kitchen faucet not getting steady hot water from the system. He was able to identify and resolve the cause of the problem and remedied it and now have steady hot water to the kitchen. He also examined the plumbing of the Combi unit and noted that the circulating pump plumbing was not correct and causing the excessive hot water temperatures. He verified the plumbing with the Combi manufacturer and recommended having it plumbed correctly. Jacob also took time to examine other faucets throughout the home to ensure that were all functioning properly when hot water was requested from the Combi unit, He tested the home water pressure to help me determine if I need a booster pump to increase the home water pressure. James Matthews was the John C. Flood plumber that responded to my call for water leakage from the kitchen faucet. He quickly located the source of the water leak and repaired it quickly. The cold water supply line valve had locked up and couldn't be turned off, so James quickly replaced the old dial valve with a 1/4 turn valve (which had already been done for the supply lines for the dishwater and hot water). In and out in quick order and cleaned up all debris. Very personable, too.

Joshua was an excellent plumber. He unstopped the blockage and did a follow up to ensure everything was working appropriately. He gave first class advise on future purchases. He called prior to coming to ensure we would be prepared for his arrival. He was courteous and professional. Thank you Flood for sending competent representatives.

Several weeks ago, I lost all power in a home I'm selling and needed urgent electrical help. After contacting a few companies with long wait times, I called John C. Flood. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10 AM and confirmed via text. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 9:15 AM that the technician, Andy, was on his way. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problemâ a power surge that fried the breaker boxâ within 10 minutes. Andy returned a few days later to replace the breaker box, completing the job in about 4-5 hours. Andy was professional, polite, and very experienced. He explained the issue and repair process thoroughly, and the price seemed reasonable. Iâ m very happy with the work done and would highly recommend John C. Flood for anyone needing electrical repairs.

I donâ t know where to start. Andy Clark and Bruce Crane along with four other guys came to my home for a septic pipe that broke underground. Those guys went above and beyond. I donâ t believe any other guys or company would have did this job for the price they gave us. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge. It had to be over one hundred years of experience in the ground working in my backyard. They fixed a major backup messy nasty issue and I just canâ t thank them enough. I did not receive an invoice even after calling. I am not satisfied because I need the invoice to provide to my water bill company. He did tell me what was wrong, and gave sound advise for it. The remaining customer service was not so great. I tried to give them a chance to provide this information to me before giving a review. As you can see, I still have not heard anything since our last phone call about the invoice.

Price of $335 for less than 1 hour work seems excessive when supplied the part.

I hired JC Flood to fix my hot water heater. They popped over for a quick appointment and our hot water heater worked for a few days before dying again. JC Flood explained the hot water needed to be replaced. They were excellent about including proposals for replacement units. Very much appreciated!
