Description of Work: We had a break in our water line which caused considerable damage in our basement. I called John Flood (Jake Haislip) on Saturday night and he came to the house early Monday morning. Against all odds he was able to get a crew out to the house on Tuesday morning to dig a trench from the street to the house and replace the line. The job was finished on Wednesday and we were able to turn the water back on. If you have a plumbing issue big or small that needs immediate attention John Flood is the company to call. They are very professional, through, and attentive.

The technician did a good job.
Description of Work: Performed the annual fall check-up on the heating service and found something broken inside the unit. It wasn't easy to fix, but the technician, Dave Labis, did not give up until he repaired the unit. We appreciate his perseverance, as we have heat tonight.

Description of Work: The plumber came twice -- the first time to fix two sink pop-ups which were stuck and to check a toilet that was hard to shut off. He made some minor repairs on the two sinks, and said that the toilet needed a new flapper which we could get and install ourselves. One of the sink pop-ups stuck a day or so later -- and he confirmed that a new one would be needed since his attempt to fix it had failed, but that he thought it worth a try to save us money. He returned within a day to put in the new pop-up, which works perfectly. (The cost noted is for both visits.) We appreciate that he was honest about trying to make the old pop-up work, as well as the fact that he responded so quickly to replace the old unit.

Description of Work: They installed new copper water line from meter. Had to bore under the house and bring in from under basement pad. Did a great job and repaired hole in concrete pad so it looks good as new. Very pleased with work and workers. Had two different crews and both were excellent.
