Description of Work: I purchased this deal from Angie's list, and tried to make an appointment twice. A woman finally got back to me and barely spoke English, so it was hard to understand the real issue. However, from what I could gather, she stated that she no longer worked for the company and that the company was lying and scamming people, and she suggested I get a refund. Her contact information was the only information I had for the company, so I had no other choice but to do as she suggested and cancel my order.

+ -1 moreI had particular areas of the house that needed attention and I wanted them to concentrate on only those rooms and areas and skip other areas and rooms. They brought all the supplies and tools needed. They even had a long pole to get at the cobwebs on ceilings.
Description of Work: House cleaning. They were easy to schedule, work with and did exactly what I needed done that day. I plan to call them back to schedule another cleaning.

+ 1 moreJessica and her team were great. They removed my old, cracked granite and replaced it with new granite. The kitchen looks fantastic. They also dug up old sump pump piping and made the necessary corrections to allow the water to flow away from the house. The workers were professional and ensured everything was exactly the way I wanted. Jessica supervised the crew very well and was attentive to the details. I will use J&C again for future handyman and cleaning work for other properties I own.

+ -1 moreThey were great, very professional, polite, left the place spotless. Did a great job, carpets were completely cleaned, they polished the floors, bathrooms, tables, and they got it done rather quickly as well. They said they would show up at 10:00 AM, they got here at 9:55 AM
