Description of Work: When I first used iyogi in July 2013 until last year they were very responsive and provided good technical; support. Since last January 2015 their service has seriously deteriorated. Iyogi representatives were extremely hard to impossible to reach. They also misrepresented products and sold Tech Genie a product with defects and misrepresented a product to correct the problems. The product turned out to be an Add Ob for an additional device. I have ceased relations with iyogi event though the service I bought are current and have significant time left. I would identify Iyogi now as a toxic enterprise and would warn away potential customers.

+ -1 moreOur original call to Dell led us to iYogi India who administers the service contracts. After a 2 plus hour call with several possible vendors, we decided on iYogi and purchased the year long service package. After some toing and froing about when a technician would show, we made it quite clear it needed to be the next day. We were very happy with the person sent and he stayed for more than 4 hours starting at 4:00 PM and continued to accept calls thru midnight as we experienced the recovered data/e-mail. We were contacted early the following morning as the work day began to see if we were happy and able to use the system. Patrick, our technician, is a real gem and understands both the technology and the needs of a small business user who depends upon the office desk top. Thank you for the professional services provided to a very frustrated small business owner.
Description of Work: Business computer of a consultant crashed because of the storm of June 29th and we learned this when the electricity returned on 1 July. It was devastating for the business and iYogi found a local contractor and sent him to our home office to restore the computer to its pre-storm state.

Description of Work: I use iYogi Technical Support Services in Alexandria. It is a computer service you pay for annually and they take over your computer and clean it up and make repairs. You call them and they remotely work on your computer.
