+ -1 moreVery well. The tech is so nice and very knowledgeable. Along with replacing the motherboard the computer needed a complete system tuneup as well as clearing accumulated dust in the vents that I never checked. Additional memory was also added. I am so pleased to know that I have Intellect Computers & Electronics as my computer specialists.

+ -1 moreIntellect Computers bypassed and removed the hackers' password and restored my computer to my full use. In an earlier situation, several years ago, they retrieved data from my damaged hard drive when another, well-known computer service organization had analyzed my problem and declared that the data were irretrievable.
Description of Work: My computer was hacked, and the hackers had installed a password to prevent me from getting back in.

Description of Work: Really terrific local (Alexandria, VA) computer repair store, specializing in the custom-building of specialized computers (servers, workstations, gaming machines), as well as the services that keep computers running (Mac & PC repair, virus removal and data recovery). I have used this store for over 20 years, and always have been satisfied with both their advice and their work.

+ -1 moreI liked them because, You can go and found the person who does the computer, the repair is right there. They are the best, and I think they are very fair. They will tell you in advance what is going to cost and how long it will take you. They are very nice to me. I think they are very fair. They do a cooperate clearance with the government. I go there , I talk to them, and I know what their price are. if I have a question, I will call them up and ask. they do not refuse to be called for questions. I recommend them to anybody.
