Louis and Alex were right on time at the beginning of the ?window? of when they said they would arrive. They were friendly and polite. Their work was thorough. I am so thankful they advertised with Angie?s List. Mabel who managed the job was very helpful also!

Outstanding customer service. Gumen & Carlos arrived promptly and greeted me with a handshake. They introduced themselves and their company. They were very personable. They were very careful inside the house - making sure not to with any walls. They removed everything in a very timely manner ? with a very pleasant attitude. They never called me to set up service, I had to call them. When they showed up, they had it scheduled for the wrong job, I called for a full truck for junk hauling and they showed up with a half filled truck. They had to go back and when they showed up with the full truck, it was only one guy, so my husband and I ended up being the junk haulers. The service was fulfilled, it wasn't fulfilled exactly the way I thought it would be fulfilled. There should have been a full crew to haul the junk and they should? have come at the time with an empty truck as they were supposed to. The job was completed, but I disliked that I had to call them, they scheduled it improperly and they did not show up with the right crew. They were pleasant when I called the company to schedule. She sent me a LinkedIn request which I wasn't interested in. The work was completed, I don't think I got a full load because of not having a full crew show up and the one guy who was there was rushing and I had to leave to go off to another appointment, so I didn't get a full load as I had purchased. I don't know if I would recommend them to anyone.? The price was good.? They showed up during the promised window, but they weren't able to do the job within the promised window.

They had a little trouble finding the house, but once they got here, they quickly & professionally removed the junk we had.

I've used Innovative a few times now. I'm in the process of moving and I had some old furniture I wanted to throw out. I called Innovative Inc and two men came the next day to pick them up along with some trash from the move and old things we no longer needed. Very easy process the communication over the phone was excellent as well. I definitely recommend them because they aren't just a painting company but they offer other great services as we'll.
